I didn't think flower essence would work for me. I'm a dreamer so I chose clematis to help ground me and be in the moment. I initially put a few drops of this in my water to see how long it would take effect. I didn't notice anything in the first 40 min. Being my first time I'm sure it takes a few more times and consistent dosages to be effective. I did do research on Bach essence and read you can do emergency dosages under your tongue. So I took about 4 drop's to get this to work and in my system. Well, 10 min. Later, with out expecting it to work I felt no need to wonder off in my thoughts. It did exactly what it said. I felt grounded in the here and now. My worries melted away. I was able to relax and sensed peace and saftey. This will spawn my interest in other forms of flower essence as you can combine different ingredients to target other specific emotional feelings and struggles. It's such a relief to heal your self naturally and not by use of toxic medications. I'm a huge fan of self healing and this flower essence was an aid. The bottle was larger then I anticipated to give me more uses and get my monies worth. It was also shipped well protected. I will be ordering more.

This flower essence really helps when you need to feel more grounded and less prone to being/feeling “out of your body”. Don’t get me wrong, being a little “out of it” is great, but sometimes you need to be fully present for situations and other people and this really helps with that. Was recommended in a book to help during Neptune transits and I highly recommend for that also.

watched and read a lot online to deal with this pain; nothing modern medicine offers was a good option. Found this and it only took 24 hours and the pain has gone from a 7/10 to a 2/10 easy. I plan to use this daily (2-3X a day, 2 drops). Great product for pain.

I love it! It does help me to keep focus! I think is expensive but I need it then I pay for it!

The effect is subtle on me. I find it softens my worrying patterns. It doesn't take it away. It helps with not obsessing over it. I took it as directed. 2 drops in water.

This is great to help for those stressful moments that you just need a little calm. I have given to my teen before tests, I will take before flights, or big presentations at work. Doesn't give any "high" feeling.
