My son loves his socks. They work really well for his hockey skates and his rollerblades.

I have been using these for several years. I have never had these fall down, bunch up, or otherwise do anything that would make skating uncomfortable. They also have a bit of a compression value around the calf. I am buying some for my wife, who also plays. She has been borrowing mine, even though the foot part is a bit long. So it is time to get some in her size, and another couple pair for myself.

Cold water wash? Line dry? C'mon guys, it's hockey gear! When I get home, I want to throw everything in the same washing machine. Can't somebody make SOCKS that can be washed in warm water and dried on medium heat?I wear a 9D skate (11.5 EE shoe), and the XL (shoe size 12-15) Howie's sock barely fits.A lot of money for a product that can be easily duplicated with cheap dress socks. Maybe I should go barefoot, like the old days!
