I use Nature's Bounty Biotin on a daily basis. I have medical issues and take a lot of medicine on a daily basis. I have noticed that my hair has suffered and had gotten quite thin. I waited to review until I had been taking them consistently. I have been taking this biotin since early November and it’s now mid January. They are tiny and easy to swallow. I hate big pills and these are a breeze. Quality seems nice. I’m not sure if I’ve seen a lot of benefits yet. BUT, I have recently lost a lot of hair and that just takes time to fix so I will update in a couple more months. For now, I have no complaints or weird side effects.

I’m currently several months into using biotin for hair regrowth due to lose of hair from immunotherapy. It along with one other thing has been a blessing. My nails also have grown heavily.

I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty Biotin for a while, mainly for hair and nails. The capsules are small and easy to take. I haven’t seen dramatic changes, but will continue to take it because I do think it helps, especially for nail health.

This stuff is amazing and helped me grow my hair waist length!! It took 2 years but I am finally here and it is all thanks to Biotin (plus taking better care of my hair). It also helped me skin clear up for the first time ever!

Very easy to take small capsules that have certainly helped my hair to grow. Having hit menopause I was horrified to see the amount of hair collecting in my hairbrush and on the floor of the shower and bathroom, but this has nor drastically reduced thank goodness.
