Great tools in this kit...
...but a few of these items I want for everyday use. Like the USB lamp...that goes right into my laptop. So, the first image show whats included in the kit, next shows the Multi-Tool card with the attached twine and the third image shows the firestarter on the survival bracelet. I'll quickly run down the list:LED flashlight: perfect pocket size and it has a telescoping lens.Folding knife: Sharp and pointy...like it should be.Tactical pen: Easily used as a weapon or to sign love letters...your choice.Emergency whistle: I couldn't blow it loud.Wire saw: Cuts right thru PVC pipe, branches and bones.Compass: a little small for my eyes, but could do in a pinch.USB light: its already in my laptop.Fire Starter: Once you scrape the coating off of the flint you will be able to send sparks across the room.Emergency bracelet: cool looking and practical, it also has a fire starter and a whistle.Multi tool card: an engineer would love this...and a carpenter.Carabiner: Many uses...I clip my waterproof gloves to my backpack with this one.Water bottle clip: Never saw this before.Emergency blanket: works when you need it most.Plastic case: Its padded!I would recommend having a kit like this when camping, hiking and to stash in the car...especially in winter.

Great Purchase!
This 14 in 1 emergency survival kit is excellent! It all fits nicely in the provided case and doesn’t take up too much space in my hiking day pack or kayak storage space. I purchased it with the intent to add more essentials that were lacking in my own hiking pack, but my son was so excited when I opened it he’s claimed it all for himself. The contents are sturdy and nicely made and I especially appreciated that it came with a water bottle clip. Although I hike with a water bladder and take an extra canteen of water if needed, it’s nice to have the option to be able to easily carry more water. The case even fits my phone and gives it that extra protection when I’m on the water, keeping it safer from damage. I am considering buying more to make sure that everyone in my family has one for their packs. it doesn't include any first aid supplies, so if that's something you want be sure to add that in addition to this survival kit.

Good starter survival kit for the price point
Keeping in perspective the items you receive for the price point you receive them at, this is a good kit. There are, of course, going to be higher caliber versions of the items in here on the market so I think its important to keep target use in mind. This is a great survival kit for someone who doesn't hike too often or has no emergency kit at all. It covers the basics, and is great to keep in a car or in a pack. I like that the paracord bracelet is adjustable. The usb light is handy. I was able to get sparks on the fire starter. Whistle works well. The self defense pen is a good item to include, and seems sturdy. The knife could use sharpening, but the locking mechanism is well designed. I also like that it includes the wire saw, although I have not tried it. For the other kits out there, even at a bit higher price point, I prefer the selection of items in this kit.On the flip side, I will say the kit is a bit large and heavy for extended backpacking where every ounce and inch of space matters. I already have my own hand picked survival kit as most experienced hikers do. But my investment thus far totals over $300, so I feel its not realistic to compare the two. I think its important to understand for what you get and the purpose it serves, this kit is a great one at the price point. I intend to give it to a friend who hikes on occasion and is without any emergency kit at this time. I think it will fill the job nicely. Its made by a small business that cares greatly about their customers and strives for their satisfaction, which in my opinion makes it worth the money right there.

Will be recommending to friends
Great survival kit, especially for the price. I do a lot of backpacking and I was looking for items like this that was basic, lightweight, and affordable. The tools are multifunctional, and they all are able to be clipped to a carabiner, belt, or lanyard. All except the emergency blanket- which I added to my med kit and forgot to add back into the photo. Sorry about that. This kit does not carry any medical supplies, but quite frankly I wasn’t looking for anything that did so. I have my own medical kit and I can make one for cheap. A lot of backpack/hiking type survival kits come with the same items, I needed things that were different and multifunctional like this. Each item can be purchased online separately, but you will end up spending well over the price of this one, and similar kits cost $10-20 more than this one.Hope this helps and happy adventuring!
