- When used in clear bases, the color will not remain transparent. A pastel color is produced in opaque (white) bases. These can be used for a wide variety of handmade cosmetics. Use as an ingredient for Eye shadow, Blush, Nail Polish, Cold & Hot Process soaps along with Melt & Pour soap making.
- You get your colors in a 3g full jars [3 grams full] Custom colors can also be made for you, just ask!
Comes in 3 [three gram sized jars. I have multiple powder and "lot" listings. Have a look around! This LOT Consists of 3 (3 grams) Sample colors. Disperses in Water. For Cosmetics: Add color directly to your base. Melt & Pour (MnP) (MP) Soap: Add your color to a small amount of liquid glycerin. Mix well, then add amount desired to melted soap base. The more product you add the darker your color will be. If you would like a true color, try using a clear soap. Be sure to mix well. Speckling sometimes occur in MP (Melt and Pour). These Pigment Powders can be used in: Shower Gel, Lotions, Creams, Bath scrubs; salts; balms/bombs, Lip products, Mineral makeup bases or as in ingredient to create an eye shadow. If you need more colors, please choose accordingly. Do a small test batch first, or test out in a little bit of lye water to see if the color shifts in that recipe. The colors are light sensitive. Some micas will work in cold process soap - but some will not. Their colors are sometimes unstable in the high ph of raw cold processed soap.
