RARELY do I given anything 5 stars unless it exceeds my expectations. So the reason for that is obvious. I have never been a fan of jams or jellies, but my daughter made her own version of hot pepper jelly as a meat condiment. It was so good and kept thinking I would buy some, but as time passed I forgot about it and then came across this. I thought WOW expensive for a small jar, but thought I would give it a try and once again, you get exactly what you pay for, although I still think it's expensive. I made a small dip for myself with equal amounts of jelly and plain whipped cream cheese and used Triscuit thin crisps flavored with romano cheese and honey. SO GOOD! I might try veggies next time! The jelly has just the right amount of spice, not to hot and doesn't burn your mouth. I will definitely buy this product again and would recommend to anyone that has a taste for hot pepper jelly. I don't know if all brands are the same, but I am sticking with this one as it exceeds my expectations in taste.

I haven't tasted it becuase the jar was leaking when it arrived. It is not returnable and I don't want to order another jar because the same thing might happen. Disappointing because otherwise ot looked like ot would be a really good pepper jelly.
