Refurbished old with new. Replace the wheels.
The sizing has changed on the wheels for this but everything else is the same. I pulled the wheels out of the old roller and lubricated with 3 in 1 silicon. I removed the wheels from this new one and put in the old wheels and it worked great.I wish it was a swap but it worked well for my application. It prevented me from having to rip the track out.The plastic slider is the weak link on these.

A Vital Replacement Part for Older Pocket Doors
My house was built in 1975 and included a pocket door from the breakfast room to the utility room. This door gets a lot of use and after around 35 years of heavy use, the rollers failed and started making a terrible racket.After a great deal of research, I found these rollers on Amazon and they have now been installed and work perfectly. They were not easy to install, it took an experienced serviceman around two hours to install them.After my experience with these rollers, I'm very happy I didn't try to install them myself.They are installed now and have made the old pocket door operate like new!

Doesn't fit!
Bought this part to replace one on my 30 year old pocket door. It's identical to the original in every way, but too big. It is larger than 13/16 both in width and in wheel diameter. The manufacturer obviously changed how they make this part. They don't make one any smaller that will fit. Now I have to cut drywall to replace with a new system. And you can bet I won't be replacing with another primeline system!

Hard to find roller, it fit my pocket door easily, was a snap to install. Moves smoothly, quality product

Try to repair original part if possible!
Poor design. The plastic "tire" on one side cracked and came off. Glued it back on and installed, but the door does not operate like it used to. I also had to modify the track a bit as the replacement part was slightly larger (wheels) than the original one that broke.

Allowed me to repair a nonfunctional pocket door
After close examination of a nonworking pocket door in my daughter’s home I was able to match the problematic roller to this one listed on Amazon. It made the door work like new again. Followed it up with a nylon lower door guide and it works like new again!

Pocket door roller
The pocket door roller assembly replaced my old rollers perfectly. One assembly came broken but it was replaced at no charge. The rollers come in different O.D. sizes so measure the old one before ordering.
