Puritan's Pride Q-Sorb CO Q-10 600 mg-30 Softgels

It works really well. I can feel the difference with just a few doses. The pill is huge lolI am considering doing 300mg 2x, but this is great for anyone who doesn't mind taking an extra big gulp to get it down.

I love this brand. The cost to performance is unmatched. This company has the best possible product and only ever costs between 10-25 bucks, and it's strong for how cheap it is.

Product worked fine. Was taking it with my Red Rice Yeast supplement. I found out that olive oil is an excellent source if COq10 so I'm using that instead.

My boyfriend and I have started taking 600mg of CoQ10 per day to help with sperm/egg quality. The pills are easy to swallow even though they are rather large. Neither of us notice that we have upset stomaches or anything of that nature. We have both been taking them for a little over a month.

I have ordered these from Puritan's before, they are always high quality and work great for me. The only issue I had with them was they are gel caps and sent on a very hot day so they came all warped and stuck together. It was easy to get the pills apart, and they did not break open, but would have been nice to have some sort of cooling method in the box for them.

I feel good taking these. They seem to be doing the job. They were reasonably priced and arrived within a few days.

I used to take a small dosage of CoQ10 at nights (100mg). When I changed it for this product I immediately felt the difference. Now I take it in the mornings because I cannot sleep if I take at nights. My levels of energy have increased notoriously and feel much better.

Rating says it all.

The problem is the capsules are very big...I cannot take them...
