Yes this do but weigh on you! I’ve been using this for 2 months m. My starting weigh was 98pounds! I’ve been skinny all my life. Can’t put on weigh if it was to save my life. Within two months I went from 98 to 126 pounds. I have two tips eat two regular meals per day. That’s what I do. If you are a woman please where a waist trainer to avoid getting stomach. If you are a person who naturally don’t have an appetite like I do. Buy a product called gml apeti or Apetamin syrup. I buy mines from triumphstoreonline.com they are legit. Okay so I take 3 pills a day before each meal. This make me able to actually consume all my food. I then drink 1 serving of the 1350 bulk per day. Which is 750 calories or so.If you follow my advice you won’t have any stomach if that’s your concern🙃

Taste
I’m not one who likes the way most of these drinks taste... so much to my surprise I enjoy the flavor of this one. I mix it in my smoothies and I’m on day 2 of a 24 day challenge. I will update this (with my weight gain) when I’m done.

Container almost halfway empty
The container is almost halfway empty, very disappointing. I previously bought a similar product, the Bulk 1340 which was a 9 serving container. It was over twice the amount of these 2 containers combined and cost less.
