I was having a problem getting an offer on my home...my real estate agent friend laughing told me she heard a story about a home selling kit that someone got and used and their home sold not too long after. I told her I was at my wits end and was open to trying anything...I ordered one and buried it in front of my house, read the prayer and started the Novenas. The NEXT morning a family came to tour my home... later that afternoon my agent called me with a cash offer. I was STUNNED!!!! I also kept saying the Novenas during the closing process. My friend suggested purchasing of the St. Joseph statue to support the sale of our condo. I have to say that this did help! The only issue was that I had to purchase two because the first one 'moved' on his own. We had placed him in a potted plant outside of the front door, but one day the plant was gone! After the second purchase and placement inside the front area of the condo, we had a sales contract in 3 weeks for the full asking price. Amazon asked for a review on this so here it is: My mom said that by burying this statue upside down, her condo should start getting offers. It'd worked 2 other times (different statues, same Saint) so sure, why not, we had nothing to loose after price drops and 4 months on the market without much interest. She buried it in the front yard near the entrance. Shockingly, out of the blue, an offer was made 10 days later! Was it the statue or luck? Who cares?! We closed 30 days later and she dug up the statue then gave to her neighbor for his upcoming house sale. That's 3 for 3 for us, two of them were not even getting shown, all price ranges. It's not a belief thing, we're Jewish.

I never heard of a prayer to St. Joseph to sell my home until my sister-in-law told me. The actual prayer is for employment that I received but the card it came with does say it is to sell your home. It was okay. I looked up the correct prayer to say to St. Joseph. Just waiting to sell my home.
