Came missing 2 characters company refunded my money and let us keep products (because it was a birthday gift) but they are not sturdy figures lots of small loose parts cheaply made

Horrible production of these toys! As you can see in the pictures, they were defective with scratches and marks on them, they are not well made. I feel as if these are the ones that come off the machine that are detected and sold that way through the vendor for a cheaper price. They came in a bag, not a box and I regret getting these as the parts coming off are chocking hazards for kids.

These are not what I thought they were. Hard plastic. Don’t move much. They all have a light on them. If you are in a pinch, and need a Ben 10 starter pack these work fine, but I’m not a fan of them, neither is my son. These are like a knock off version of the real toys.Arms and legs don’t move on most of them.

The characters were all scratched up with some lights not working. We kept them only because my 6 year old is obsessed with Ben 10 and decently priced figures are so hard to find. He didn’t notice how beat up they were and was happy as a clam, but I was super disappointed.

I just received my package today and all but one of the figures work, the red and yellow heat blast one does not work , the lights do not come on like the others do, overall the products ourside appearance seems ok , but I dont believe the batteries can be replaced in them . This was a gift for my grand son birthday which is Saturday . This is with the rust bucket one of his main gifts .

You can't really go wrong with the amount of figurines you get for the price. There are many different sellers selling the same bundle but I chose the one with Prime shipping for obvious reasons and can say that my expectations have been met and exceeded.

My son loves that it comes with all the figures but a few of them broke on the first day playing with friends

If I could give 0 stars on this review I would. Not only were a couple of the items missing, the action figures that he did receive were cheaply made; sloppy paint, the legs/arms were assembled backwards, and one was broken.My son purchased this with his own money and was super excited to get his order. After he received his order he kept saying, "I got ripped off!" I ended up purchasing 4 of these figures at Wal-Mart. This taught my son and I a valuable lesson, ALWAYS make sure you're purchasing your items from a reputable seller.
