Ripped under normal use
It was a good product up until the seam ripped on the Velcro section.. Didn't abuse it, just put it on and went to tighten the product and we heard a tearing and noticed we ripped it. It still works somewhat (which is why I gave it 3 stars). Going to get into contact with customer support and if they can help me out I will increase my rating. But on that note when you receive your product putting a little reinforcement stictching wouldn't hurt..

Excellent Wrist Strap
Wrist strap is very strong. I actually use it to wrap around the strut of an airplane. Highly recommended.
