Overall these blades are a pretty good value for money. They come sharp and well oiled so no rust at all. The case is kind of weird and unintuitive. It took a while to figure out how it was supposed to be used because I'm used to the blades dispensing out the bottom on other brads. Even after I figured it out, it's not easy to do, especially if you have any kind of gloves on. The blades are slippery with oil and have to be lined up just right for the little bit of friction you can get to slide them out. The oil also makes them want to stick together so slippery for your fingers and sticky to the other blades. The edge is pretty durable. I can get through quite a few cardboard boxes before I have to change them. Not perfect but not bad either.

My EDC knife is a foldable utility knife my O'Knife ... it gives me the best combination of size, weight and usability of anything I've found to date. My biggest obstacle was finding the best all around blade to use with it. I wanted a blade that was sharp, durable and cost effective. I tried ceramic as well as every kind of coated edge available. I ended up settling on the Craftsman 100pack as the most reliable, strong and sharp right out of their package as anything else on the market. What I also found out through extensive testing was that you could extend their usability by 3 and 4 times by simply passing them over a well maintained leather strop a half a dozen times at the end of the day that they were used. You just can't go wrong with these blades for their fantastic per blade cost.

I recently purchased these Craftsman Heavy Duty Utility Blades for use in my trusty Craftsman 9-9510 utility knife, however, they can be used with most standard utility knives. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the packaging and the quality of these blades. Very sturdy blades. The packaging and blades definitely live up to Craftsman's reputation for providing high quality products. Pricing was very reasonable at $10.78 for a 100 count pack, and I really like the ingenious packaging that allows for easy retrieval (I will upload a short video with my review showing how the packaging works). Throw in the unexpectedly fast one day shipping I received, and this was an excellent experience all the way around. I highly recommend! If you use your utility knife a lot and need a sharp blade, this 100 pack is great. They dispense one at a time and have a light coating of oil so they do not rust or corrode in the pack and for easier removal. Once the blade is put in the utility knife, the amount of oil is negligible. The blades are very sharp and so must be handled with care until one is in the knife and the knife cover is secured. I cut a lot of mat board for framing my artwork, so I always need a sharp blade for a smooth cut.
