maybe its too soon to write a review but ive been taking this for 5 days now and it has made a difference in my vision the cloudy glare that I was experiencing has become more transparent and I feel better about my cataract as if there is some hope outside of surgery but its very important to get the proper dosage I started out at one 500 mil. pill than was researching carnosine and found out theres some enzyme that gobbles up the carnosine before you can get the specific benefits so I upped the dosage to 1000ml.and wow what adifference but you have to be educated about this stuff and take back your health from the bankers that pretend to be doctors

The product itself is good. But I've noticed, that this particular lab shortens the amount of tablets, that they suppose to come in the bottle :( I am not buying from this lab any longer.

Does increase cardiovascular health
I found it did enhance my cardiovascular health as a runner, and will see if it does increase my lifespan as proven in fruitfly testing with their short lifespans
