These orthotics definitely worked. They are advertised as for flat feet which is true. Saw a lot of reviews from those with high arches saying that the pads didn't reach their arch as they were two thin. I also have high arches and found they were too thin. However, it was an easy fix as all I had to do is double them up as they come as a multipack. I really like the shoes in the photo but found them hard to wear because a lot of pressure on my heel but mostly ball of foot. Putting two pads under my arch made a world of difference. Even with my right foot as I recently injured the ball of my foot - possibly related to plantar fasciitis. The first photo shoes just how invisible they are even though there are two pads there. The second has a torch on it just so that you can see what I mean. I will say its important to put the pads under your foot without removing the sticky protector bit at first just to make sure they are in the right place. So far they don't move around and I feel confident wearing these to my graduation. Thanks so much! Seller is a life saver.

I like these and I've repeat ordered for other shoes. They are clear and discreet, which is great for Summer Sandals and other boots or shoes that are too bulky with a regular support insole. They stick very well and do manage to still stick well even if you need to reposition once/twice when first applying. They provide arch support but it may not be high enough for some people depending on they're needs but I find them comfortable and supportive for all the shoes I've used them in.

I have no arches whatsoever, so proper arch support is vital to my ability to walk around and stand on my feet. I bought these to tide me over to an appointment with a bespoke orthotics service, and I'm actually really impressed. The glue on these is not great. They do not stay in place whatsoever, and I ended up supergluing one to each of my current insoles (which have gone all but flat after 3 years of daily use), but since doing that they've been very helpful. They provide just enough support to my arches to not be in horrid pain all day, but instead only part of the day! I understand my case is exceptional in that I need significant arch support, so something like this is never going to fully satisfy that need, but it will definitely get me to my appointment in far less pain.

Not very sticky so end up moving about. Sturdy enough but uncomfortable when they don't stay in place.

Utterly fantastic as you can place them exactly. I bought several packs and used super glue for extra adhesion - they are still going after 6 months. Recommend.

These weren’t high enough to support my arches. They weren’t uncomfortable but did move around in my shoe so didn’t do the job for me

Amazingly (because the purchase was a shot in the dark) these work very well. So well that I bought another set for my other shoes. If you find the exact spot for these that absolutely support your instep in the right way, you can walk for hours without pain. Highly recommended.

Wore these clear arch supports inside my silver tee bar sandals at a wedding. They were not so high that I was aware they were there but just high enough to help me feel like there was sole making contact under my high arches and thereby not get aching feet. They stayed in place too and were completely invisible despite the shoes being open at the sides. I would recommend. Value for money OK too.
