I will never buy another kind of insole again! Sweaty feet sufferers these are for you!!
I am a sufferer of sweaty feet... like SUPER sweaty feet... I am also a woman, and sweaty feet are gross and embarrassing, and also stinky. I don't like being stinky. My feet sweat when I'm hot, they sweat when I'm cold, there is never a time my feet don't sweat, except for when I am barefoot. I dread having to take my shoes off at the doctor, or going to get a pedicure, or going to a friends house. It would almost be more sanitary for me to keep my shoes ON in those situations, but alas, you cannot get a pedicure with shoes on. But it doesn't matter if they are off, or on, they still stink. They stink so so bad!! I have bought every kind of odor eating insole there is, but the problem is most of those are really hard to get into flats. Or they slide down and curl up in the toes of my shoe. I did a lot of researching into what would be the best insole for sweaty stinky feet and when I read the reviews for these I decided to give them a try. I have only had them for 2 weeks, but I am absolutely sold. I will never buy another pair of insoles ever again, these are the best!! Yes my feet still sweat, but these really do wick most of the the moisture away, and to top it all off, NO MORE STINKY FEET!!!!! I do spray my shoes with another product, I'm not sure that I can mention the name of it in my review, but its an essential oil spray I also bought on amazon that has peppermint, tea tree, eucalyptus, and thyme oil in it. I started using it before I got these insoles and I didn't notice much of a difference in the smell of my feet, but since I started using these insoles and the spray together - ZERO STANK!! I have even gone without using the spray and still have stink free feet. These insoles are super thin so they fit in my flats on top of the existing padded insole perfectly. At the suggestion of another reviewer, I did buy a larger size than what my shoes are and I cut them down to fit. They are absolutely perfect! They do not stick to my foot and come out when I take my shoes off, they don't slip and slide around inside my shoes, they stay in place better than any insole I have ever had. Yes, they are wood, they are a very thin layer of cedar wood with a cotton backing and they are so so comfy!! Why are they so comfy?? Because they don't feel like a wet dirty sponge when I put my foot back in my shoe!! I no longer have to go wash my feet after I get home from work, I just kick my shoes off and go on about my evening!! They may not stop my feet from sweating, I don't know that anything will, but they sure do help keep the moisture in my shoes from making my feet look all pruney, and they definitely keep them from being stinky!! I will likely have to have another pair in a couple of months, but let me tell you... I would much rather buy a new pair of insoles every couple of months rather than have to buy a new pair of shoes every couple of months!

So Worth Trying!! They Worked For ME!!
This review was 100% no brainer to share - These are AWESOME!! To write this review was mentally tough though. To admit that I have horrible sweaty stinky feet as a young woman is extremely hard. I have tried so many things, short of seeking medical help from a podiatrist, and this by far has been a game changer. Disposable inserts, medicated otc creams and sprays, special socks, special shoes, Pedi's, washing my feet twice a day with antibacterial soap - All combined - Nothing worked like these have. I put these guys in (even with bare feet!!!) and I can wear my cute little flats, tennis shoes, and even Sherpa lined boots without any odor and minimal moisture! My feet stay amazingly dry and don't smell. They are very thin and do not take up my foot space in most of my shoes - I have a pair that I "deal" with, but that's not Zedern's fault - I bought the shoes small. The first day, I was in disbelief how my feet felt and I was so sure that still after letting the inserts breathe for a day, my feet would again be soaked and stink no matter what the instructions said. To my delightful surprise, this was not the case! I cannot express my thanks to Zederna for developing such a wonderful product. I can't wait to go to my next house party and take my shoes off! I have missed out on so many opportunities to hang with friends and family because of my embarrassment. For me, this is a miracle product that I wish I would have found years ago. Thank you!!

Smell great, Feel great, Not the best for wear and tear.
I've had these 10 days shy of a year in a pair of flexible Vans-like slipons (though not as heavy). They've done a great job of keeping the stink out, and they do mold to your feet quite quickly. A few things to note: I've never gotten these wet. I mostly use these barefoot (90% of the time). I've walked miles upon miles with these and driven with them too. A few things I've run into: If it's humid out, your feet will stick to them, that's not unexpected considering - the issue is you have to be really careful when you take your foot out otherwise you may ever so slightly bend the insert and cause a large 'splinter' where the wood delaminates from the woven bottom. The splinter is really a few 'chunks' of grain that all lift up together, so there isn't a huge concern with splinters, but you do feel where the fragments do not return to their original position after you readjust the sole. The first few times you wear it, the holes placed in the forefoot area can make you feet a little sore (no blisters for me, though). Perhaps it's best to wear socks for the first few days. The woven base is ingenius, but it is slicker than most foam insoles, so this can allow the sole to slide - even if it fits perfectly in the shoe. My guess is it sticks to the bottom of my foot and I have some extra space in these shoes for my feet when barefoot so it slides with my foot. A piece of double sided scotch tape between the sole and the shoe may do some good here, though I'd stay way from foam tapes as you will be able to feel that. Over the ~12 months I've had them, I've probably used them for 5 months of wearing. The forefoot is cracked along the width, which somewhat expected as this is a high flex point with a lot of weight. There are cracks/delamination at both heels, one from the sole sliding back, the others from taking my feet out of the shoes. In general, apart from the heel, the cracks are not felt and they do not cause discomfort, but I expect this to accelerate the rate of wear. In general: No stinky feet, they're comfortable, but they could use some improvements in the wear and tear department (I'd like to see at least 12 months of wear time) - but this is the expectation with wood.

Works great but can break easy and needs to be broken in
Narrow and they do need to be broken in. I used one pair in each shoe while they suggest using two pairs. Without socks my feet still sweat but they do not smell as bad as they used to. One problem with going sockless with these insoles, the insoles can stick to your feet while you are taking off your shoes, so the insoles will then bend and crack. Maybe having two insoles may make a difference... Overall after the insoles have formed to your feet they are super comfortable and remove around 90% of foot odor. Length does fit correct if not a tad small but that helps keep them in and not move around, but they are narrow so it is uncomfortable until they break in.

Easy fix and keeps my shoes from smelling ick!
These insoles are fantastic. I have lots of issues with my feet sweating in dress shoes and canvas shoes. While these don't keep your feet from sweating they do cancel out smells. I got a Men's 13US for my size 14 shoes and they work great! I ordered two pairs one for my dress shoes and one for my vans both of which I wear daily. They take two wears or so to form to your feet and they dry out relatively quick after each wear. I had some concerns about the wood leaving splinters, snagging my socks or cracking in bad spots. So far a month in and I have had no problems at all. I'm 6'4" and 280 lbs and they hold up to my daily abuse. I would most certainly recommend these to any one sweaty feet or otherwise! I am happy to answer any questions you might have!

... issues with his feet (to the point doctors have recommended special products to put on his feet to shut ...
My son has significant sweating issues with his feet (to the point doctors have recommended special products to put on his feet to shut off the sweat glands) and we've tried everything "natural" to help with athletes foot etc. As soon as we tried these out, we found our answer. They are all natural cedarwood and absorb moisture, and smell. They mold to your feet and are very comfortable to wear. No more athletes foot, no more issues. We have since bought a pair for every pair of shoes he has and we replace them every 3 months (they will most likely last much longer for others who do not have excessive sweating). Can't recommend them enough. They work and we've put them to the test for sure. Zederna advertises they are antibacterial and anti fungal and they are absolutely accurate! Don't bother with any other products or gimmicks - Zederna is the real deal. LOVE this product. Lifetime buyer.

Great for about 2-3 weeks and then useless
I have had these for over a month, used them pretty much daily, inside my dress shoes (flats), which I wear barefoot. They were great for the first few weeks, and I was quite impressed and very hopeful. But after about 3 weeks, they do not do anything to absorb moisture or prevent smell. It's the same as not having any inserts at all. Also, when I took my foot out of one of my shoes, it stuck to my foot just a little, and therefore bent and cracked across the arch area. Now it no longer fits right, and is really annoying. I would not purchase these again.

Great odor protection, decent fit
I like this product as it performs the main function I needed: odor control. I see a huge improvement so for that it's great. There are a few other points I'll mention that caused me to give 4 stars instead of 5: First, I ordered a 5.5 size and have 5.5 shoes, but I do find the inserts a bit small. There is either a gap at the top/front of the shoe or back, depending on how I situate it. I would like it better if it fit perfectly snuggly. Secondly, the inserts pull out of the shoe when I remove the shoe. Maybe this is expected, I am a bit new to shoe inserts, but also perhaps they don't fit as well in the shoe this is the cause. The main concern is because it comes out a bit, the inserts are bending and as they are wood, they are starting to break a bit already. The inserts stick to my feet a bit (hence their protection) so that's why they come out with my foot, and I would not want to stick or glue something to my shoe to prevent this, but perhaps there is a bit of product improvement to avoid this as well.
