Mainstays furniture New Belden Park 3-Person Hammock Swing (Tan)

Assembled this swing only to find out it does not fold down like the picture. Cannot get back in the box to return. Have contacted seller who just keeps telling me they will refund me once they receive the return. Reported inaccurate listing to Amazon and hoping for a partial refund for the false image of this swing reclining (spent the extra $$ and chose this one specifically for that feature)I will update with how Amazon and seller respond to partial refund request and correcting the listing.*** Do not buy if you want a reclining seat **On the positive side it is a lovely swing with thick cushion. There was some rust and threads coming apart on some of the bars and cushions. It rocks nicely and looks nice.*UPDATE: Seller has issued a full refund and Amazon has advised they will take down listing so it is accurate* so ai am giving 3 starts for service but believe they should have listed this properly in the first place or fixed it immediately upon several other reviews

My daughter and I put it together but found the directions lacking in detail. We did get The one that folded into a bed unlike some people who ordered one but didn’t get it but it is tricky and you have to put it together right to get it to lie down. It is very sturdy and very comfortable and we like it a lot except… I ordered navy blue but I recd the beige And it shows every little spot and I keep it covered up when it is not in use. That was very disappointing but not enough to send it back. Overall, it’s a good swing and we love it.

I spent a good deal of time researching these, and decided on this one because, according to the copy it would support 750 pounds: "Weight limit: 750 lbs Pillows are not included."Unfortunately, the product we received says the weight limit is 500 pounds. As it seats 3 people, we'd prefer the higher limit, just for safety/security sake.No. Now it's assembled, we're not returning it. Look forward to using it lots this spring/summer.Time will tell about its sturdiness.

I love the thickness of the cushions and how high the cushion backs are. Much nicer than my other swing which is a Hampton Bay from Home Depot. This swing is very durable and stable. I love how the back lays down into a daybed. The bar goes into a slot which keeps it locked in place while laying down. You can fold the bar under the back if you want the bed to swing while laying down. I love how when in the sitting position, the bar is completely locked in place and there is no way it will slip and fall while sitting in it. Overall, this is a very good purchase and a great value for the money! Completely satisfied buyer!

This was a suprise gift for the MIL. It came well packaged and arrived in plenty of time. It was easy to assemble if you follow the instructions exactly. The directions were perfect and easy to understand. My cousin and I were able to put it together in and hour and a half. We took our time to make sure it was right. And boy it was! This swing is comfortable and relaxing. I wish I had taken pictures of it before we headed back home. Oh and we did have to contact the seller and were able to solve the troubleshooting rapidly. Wish I could give 10 stars for the swing and 10 stars for the company.

Once I put this swing most of the way together I realized I didn't have all of the peices. Was missing the springs and the canopy. Then realized it DOES NOT lay into a bed. Orginally Amazon offered $50. No way! Very unhappy with the fact I was basically forced to keep because I really didn't want to have to take it apart and didn't have a box to put it in. After going back and forth with Amazon they somewhat made it right. & for a basic standard swing its ok. I would personally buy this product elsewhere!

I gave it a four star rating because it could have better instruction for putting it together. There were two screws that were very hard to install and there should be another support for the middle of the canopy. The canopy collect water to where you have a pool of water.

Product arrived with one piece slightly dented from packaging and/or shipping. Wasn't a huge setback. Product was fairly easy to assemble. The Swing itself is great. Relaxing and good quality. However, we're extremely disappointed to see that that the cushions are already separating. Very poor quality cushions. We're in a very comfortable climate. The swing itself is sitting under our covered porch. We're not heavy people and this should not be happening after only a few weeks of use.
