My arms are not as dark as before.

A bit tight around the Bicep-tricep area, thats why I guess the sewing for the elastic are breaking off.I bought them for protection against the sun while driving home after work.

Good, but what is SPF rating?

I wear them playing tennis and hiking. The package is in an Asian language, so I'm not sure what the SPF rating is for them, but I guess anything helps.
