It helps me sleep better. Good quality fabric.

I still have to get up to visit the loo umpteen times a night but the sleep between wees feels much deeper.It did not break the bank but worth a try.

Great item . The pillowcase feels cottony , good material , I checked with my grounding checker and it does indeed ground . Easy to use - size of pillowcase not too big or small . Very comfy . Would recommend to everyone.

Bought this thinking it would be great if it worked but not having high hopes. Since using it, I do fall to sleep quicker and have the most intense, vivid and wild dreams! That’s about the most dramatic effect the product has on me. I am also feeling more well rested. Used it a few months so far so too early to comment on whether it’s had any major health impacts.

More comfortable than I expected - feels just like a normal pillow - and can be machine washed apparently.I have been using an earthing mat for my feet for a while and it has really helped my legs so I thought I'd try a pillowcase.It has definitely helped an unusual oral medicine problem that I have so I am certainly impressed. It hadn't evenoccurred to me that it might help that issue. Like the mat, the longer I use it the more it helps.It has also helped a very long standing problem someone else has with getting pain their neck. They'd tried loads of different things including detox patches so they are super happy!

The pillowcase seems to Earth well, so hope the health benefits follow soon. The design misses the usual pillowcase flap for keeping pillow from sliding out but hasn't been a problem so far.
