Color is not purple
I've ordered from One World Memorial before and had no complaints in fact it was a beautiful pearl pink urn that comforted us in our time of need. This time I wanted to order a purple lilac heart urn and much to my dismay after paying for engraving and expedited shipping I received a "starlight blue" heart urn. The color is almost a steel blue gray not a purple or lilac shade. We called customer service they said the starlight blue is the purple shade and they could offer us a refund. They tried to rectify but my heart was set on a purple so I'm just a bit disappointed.
