The bedding itself is great- the colors are as described, the quality looks great so far (I haven't washed it yet), I really like that its double sided. I really like that there's multiple colors there to match the decor of the room! =) However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. My duvet came with a quarter sized stain that wouldn't come out with a gentle spot clean by hand, so I emailed them. 1) They then said to take a photo and email it to them and they'll decide what to do. Not everyone has smart phones or digital cameras at hand to email photos 2) Then they said they'll send me a replacement, but that the shipping label isn't emailed, its in the new package (so I cant send back the damaged duvet right away- I had to wait a while for the new duvet to come). Because shipping takes a while, this drags out the process another 2 weeks. 3) I had to explicitly ask if they're gonna charge me for a second duvet- it wasnt spelled out. A defective merchandise issue shouldn't take 5 email exchanges and 2+ weeks to handle

I am a very indecisive person, and I had been looking for a duvet cover for a couple of weeks. I came across this cover on Amazon and was drawn to the unique design. I was worried that I wasn't going to like it after I saw it in person. I was concerned because it is only 300 thread count, but it feels so much softer than that! It washes up nicely, and I like the zipper closure. I don't have to worry about the corners of my comforter sticking out.I am glad I went out of my comfort zone and bought this duvet cover. I thought the pattern might be too "loud" for me, but it perfect for my grey bedroom. It adds just the right amount of color without being too much. The other side also has a nice design.Just a note: if you order the king set, the pillow cases are not for king size pillows. I have some overstuffed standard pillows, and the pillowcases fit them perfectly. I am actually glad that the king size duvet cover comes with standard size pillow cases.It is very nice to crawl under the covers every night. I only wish I didn't have to get out from under the covers when my alarm goes off in the morning!

I live in Alaska and have no mailbox at my house, hence the P.O. WON'T deliver pkgs. to my house. Instead I have to go to P.O. and I pay for a box there and receive pkgs. there. Amazon wasn't accepting my order of this item online and the address was the problem. I called Blanco Bedding, the company, directly and tried to solve the issue. Long story short: rude person answered the phone both times (Amazon customer service rep called them a 2nd time and we had a conference call) and was NO help. Finally, we had to change my address to my physical address and then I had to remind my Post Office on a DAILY BASIS that it was coming and to change the address and keep it here for me to pick it up. It took a longer time than expected to get here, too... very frustrating for me. Calling the company cost me, too... it wasn't a toll free #. Then... when it arrived I got excited, again, until we saw that the material (dye lots?) didn't match on the shams and cover itself, after initial washing. The colors are vibrant (which is what we wanted) on the duvet cover but they are faded on the shams so they don't match/look good side-by-side. TOO MUCH HASSLE to return it and deal with more-than-likely the same woman at the company!!! So we use the duvet (it is warm and serves a purpose) but the shams will be donated to someone looking for shams who doesn't care if they look faded. I will be looking for 2 more duvet covers and 1 to replace this one in time (since I look at it and the whole sordid ordeal comes back to mind!) but I will shop with another company.

I LOVE this bedding! the colors are fabulous!! i can't decide which accent colors to go with: navy, magenta, lime green, soft yellow, grey, white, light blue or bold blue - where else can you find a duvet cover with this much potential!!! it is also softer than i expected and should wash up nicely! Go for it, you won't regret it!!UPDATE: Have had this bedding for several months, and it gets washed almost every week. It is still very nice, softer than ever, and it is not fraying or pulling threads, etc (it is good quality). The only downside is that the colors are FADING much quicker than I would hope - I love this bedding and would like to see it stay bright, however, multiple washings and it has gotten dull. I would recommend you wash it in a manner that helps protect the colors, so they stay so vibrant and lovely (I obvioulsy have no idea how to do that - and I use Tide). I still recommend this, but you should not expect it to look bright and new after many washings. Good luck!

I was looking for natural cotton duvet covers. This design worked well with the plain color of pillow cases and fitted sheets I already had. I am using 2 twin sets for my husband and I. We like having separate covers of different thickness instead of one large king size. So I am glad that twin set had only pillow covers and duvet covers, no fitted twin sheet because they would have been useless to us :) I love the colors, my husband little less... He likes more bold and bright colors, I prefer toned down earthy ones. The sheets feel nice. They are a bit wrinkled when they come out of drier but I expected that from 100% cotton. They still feel nice to the touch.

Having recently moved into a new place, I wanted a duvet cover to fit my decor. After searching in various stores and online sites, I had about given up thinking I could find something that united my favorite colors--violet and turquoise--in a tasteful way. Then I found this duvet cover. In addition to being very pleased that it didn't have gaudy flowers covering it, I found that it has brought some rich color to my once bland bedroom. It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly at my door. And, much to my satisfaction, it has tied all the pictures and knick knacks I owe together. I highly recommend it!

I changed my mind and cancelled the order. It looks like a winner in the picture but a friend of mine bought me one for my birthday.
