Great Replacement for Halogen Bulbs wiithout the Heat of Halogens
Bought bulbs to replace Halogen bulb on my stand up work light. Nice bright light and alternative to having to buy a whole new LED worklight. LED is much safer and doesn’t get hot like the halogens do. They’re sort of pricey which is why I gave 4 stars for value. I can’t report on longevity since they are so new.

Bright, but no line filtering
Work as expected. Bright. Different units in the same package have slightly different color temperature. The envelope seems to be high quality, better than older previous generation LED modules in this form factor. However, these units have no filtering and limited optical persistence. If you are one of the minority that clearly sees line frequency flashing from unfiltered line-powered LED lights, these do that; not quite as bad as cheap led holiday lights, but prominent.

cost more money for something not as bright, just as hot and just as fragile as old bulbs
Bought these to replace a 500w work lamp bulbs and I knew they wouldn't be as bright, and they definitely are no where near the brightness of the old halogen bulbs, but what i didn't expect was for them to get just as hot and be just as fragile as the old bulbs. So they cost more money for something not as bright, just as hot and just as fragile as the old cheap halogen bulds, it makes no sense

Skinny 10W R75 118mm cool white LED replacement lights for all old halogen bulbs: I like them!
These LED bulbs cast a bright but not-too-bright white light (cool white). They can be used to replace old, hot halogen bulbs. Unlike my old bulbs, these bulbs come on instantly, with no delay. I hope they last as long as advertised, 30,000 hours. That will keep me off a ladder to replace bulbs for years and years and years. These bulbs also will fit into any old halogen fixture, like my torcher floor lamps, security lights, and workshop mobile work lights.These bulbs fit in my old ceiling light fixtures that were designed for 300-watt and 150-watt Halogen bulbs. Boy, did my old halogen bulbs heat up a room in winter, and in the summer too.I bought these LED light bulbs to replace a burned-out LED bulb that I bought 3 years ago. That very thick bulb burned-out bulb was one of the least expensive LED bulbs I bought ($5 at that time, including direct shipping from China), all of which burned out very prematurely.

Did not last
I as well have the complaint that these just don't last. It has been about a year sine I bought the 3-pack, and 2 have already burned out. Also, as stated elsewhere, they are NOT dimmable. They are a great idea, but not so great in practice.

Amazing and So bright
Very bright and I was able to install without a problem, fits perfect and it upgraded my work lights to LED for half the price. I was so glad I found these available. I need it to upgrade and my halogen bulbs. They do not get as hot as halogen bulbs with twice the brightness. very happy with it foe now
