Looks Good, Tastes Better!
This is my first foray into the world of real maple syrup. I was raised on Aunt Jemima and Mrs. Butterworth. When I decided to partake in the Master Cleanse the first thing I learned is that I can only use real maple syrup, not the fake ones I grew up on (I never knew there was even a difference and I'm 37 years old!!). After comparing prices and reviews between many of the maple syrup companies on here, I decided to give Boon Farms a try. Btw, this isn't the same company as Boone Farm which makes the cheap "wine".The bottle is exactly how it's shown here with a red round sticker on the very top of the lid with the letter, 'B' on it for the grade. There is also a rectangular white sticker on the side of the bottle with the Boon Farm information. So it appears these bottles are generically made and the Boon family buys in bulk to put their maple syrups in, hence the reason for the stickers. I only mention this because some reviewers had mentioned not seeing any indication of the grade on the bottle itself. Either they missed the stickers or the stickers fell off during the processing. The taste: Since this is the very first time I've tried real maple syrup I can't give you a proper review of this part other than to say, it tastes much better than the fake stuff I grew up eating on my pancakes. The purpose: I'm using this for the Master Cleanse and it does just fine with the lemons/limes, and cayenne pepper. I can only imagine how good this will be on waffles, pancakes, etc!So far, so good. It's Day 2 for me on the diet and this syrup hasn't let me down. I keep it stored in the freezer as is a suggestion on the bottle. Since syrup doesn't freeze, the freezer will make it thicker coming out of the bottle. I recommend this for anyone looking to get a decently priced Grade B maple syrup.

Delicious Syrup from a Family Farm
I could not be happier with my purchase of this syrup. It is dark and delicious and I find the containers quite attractive, if you are in to that. It has a sticker that confirms "Grade A - Dark Color" and it is certainly darker than any syrup you can easily get in my part of California. I think that the price is right and I look forward to using this in everything: my granola, in my bread, with pancakes. The List Goes On!Additionally, Boon Farms is a responsive seller with a great product. There were some shipping issues on Amazon's side where there was a delay, but when I reached out, they responded immediately and sent me syrup straight away. I mean, I let them know on Friday, and I got it Monday. Now I can put my stand-in Log Cabin in the back of the fridge where it belongs and live in flavor heaven!

A very tasty and at a good price maple syrup
This is a very tasty maple syrup. I liked the consistency, it is not too syrupy and my grandkids love it on the waffles, pancakes and ice cream, etc. It is a very generous quart size plastic bottle. I am very happy with this maple syrup. Will purchase again.

May or may not be a true Grade B
I like this syrup but I don't think it is true Grade B Maple Syrup. I've ordered Grade B syrup for a few years now, and this is not nearly as dark or as rich as the others I have used. I did contact the company and they said it meets all the standards for a Grade B, but I probably won't be buying this brand again when I want a Pure Grade B Syrup. Some good things: shipping was fast, the price was great, and the syrup does taste good!

No Flavor Whatsoever
This maple syrup is very thin and has no real maple flavor. Chaper store brands are thicker and hav a better taste. I discarded the bottle after two servings.

Definitely Grade B, and very good
I just wanted to add a comment, since one customer claimed they did not get the dark amber, Grade B taste. The two quarts of Boon Farms that I ordered were definitely Grade B, with a strong Maple flavor. I compared to a bottle of Highland Sugarworks, and it was equally as good, if not better (that is, if you like the dark maple flavor of Grade B, which I do).I'll keep this brand in mind next time I'm ordering.
