It is sturdier than my prior ones, but within a day of using it, it decided to cycle through dimming and brightening on it’s own while I am trying to trace my quilting patterns. Since I positioned the light pad to have the power button upper left, away from my drawing arm (right-handed), it’s not accidental touch. This becomes very frustrating for use very, very quickly.

I had many kind of light tables. From over size that cannot be moved to the kind you put on your lap but it’s heavy and bulky. By chanceI had to have a light table to finish a job in a different State. I was not going to take my bulky light table that cost 4 times the amount I paid for this one. It’s unbelievable. After so many years seeing something that is so bright that is thin, barely weighs anything, so much fun. The price!! Then no one had ever used my light table that had to turn off the lights so to see even better. So your are asking me about what I liked about the light table? I think I answered your question pretty good from a person who is over 60 and has tried quite a few products over many years and still loving trying new ones.

I have 2 things that bug a little, might not matter to others depending on projects. I hate that I have to have it plugged in to use it. Makes it hard to move around, I have to be by a wall plug or other USB charging station.I constantly his the on/off switch with my arm, hand, even paper and it turns off. Annoying, but otherwise an awesome device

So I bought this as a backup. My other lightpad same brand burned out so I thought. I started using this one yesterday. I have now realized it’s the plugs they come with. Absolute junk. I’ve gone through several cords. Why on earth do they not work. They die so quickly.

Makes working on the Diamond Paintings soooo much easier!

The light table arrived promptly, well packaged, and in good shape. I’ve just started using it to sort zillions of old 35 mm slides - works very well. Bright, light, and easy to move around. The fact that it has to be powered by a USB port is a small drawback but I happen to have a wall plug USB adaptor so no problem. It also works just fine plugged into my laptop.

Bought this as a gift for my teenage grandson thinking it would help him to express himself and be the creative young man he is becoming. I’m not disappointed with my choice his mother tells me he spends a lot of time using the light pad and finds more creative uses for it!I’m now going to purchase 2 more for my other 2 grandchildren!

Cheap product, the bonus tracing paper was thrown loose in box. The pencils were a joke, could see dot Mark's thru images. Good for kids, not adults, or working with negatives
