Great product, super fast with shipping. My son loves this car.

Well, the Kats at AMT promised "modern tooling", but they must have meant modern, as in 1995-modern. Aside from the new tires, there isn't much here that we haven't already seen. In fact, this kit shares some of the same problems as "Dirty Donny". AMT promised that this kit would be worth buying just for the new tires. Well, they do look great, but why did they have to make them hollow? Sounds like they cut corners to make up for the added cost of the new tires. This concept negatively impacted the headlights, which are chromed, with no clear lenses - sheesh, when did these go out of style? And then there are the windshield wipers that are molded into the body! Probably saved lots of money on separate parts and the lack thereof. I look back on this finished model and wonder what saves it? It sure doesn't look very special. I guess it must be the fact that I chose to paint it Sublime Green - my favorite car color!?
