I’ve had mine 8 years now and it’s still going strong. It’s had quite a workout, too. Keep it in the freezer, where it stays nice and flexible. Can heat up very quickly in the microwave. Keeps its temperature a while. Great size. Nice and soothing pain relief. Highly recommend.

I think a lot of us get an Over The Counter card with your health insurance, so I got one from the big WM store and it is too small for my lower back and hips, I have been living with Sciatica for way too many years with No help from my Dr. she's too scared to write scripts for any pain killers. So I saw this and I looked at the measurements on the one that I purchased earlier and this is literally 2× larger and I'm absolutely happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. I just pop it into a pillow case and put it on the area that hurts so darn bad 👎 and I'd definitely would recommend it, I don't freeze it actually no need to freeze, I just take it out of my fridge and it works just as well as frozen, just not as long, but when I hurt I have fallen asleep with it and I don't want to sleep with something frozen like I have before and it will burn your skin especially if you're older as I am (70) and it hurts. Light weight and so simple to use. I love it 😍

It is perfect. Some of these packs are way too thick, lumpy, and not flexible until they thaw a while. If you freeze this one flat, it is smooth yet flexible from the start. Highly recommended.

I alternate 2 through out the day after back injury. They get really cold but still flexible. Large size goes clear across and up to almost middle of my back . They have helped me recover

I was unfortunately, not as happy with the hot/cold pack I received, this past order, as the filling inside, which makes it a pack, was barely filled. In the past, I have always been happy with these packs. That is why I gave it 3 stars. Please consider this in the future.

I have been using this product as a Cold pack for my neck and shoulder pain from the past few weeks. What I liked about this product is that once the pack is frozen well , it really lasts long, so it is very comforting. Would recommend this product.

Stays cold for long and still nice and flexible to apply to different parts of your body.
