It said it wasn’t supposed to arrive until Wednesday of next week and it got here 4 days sooner! It’s super beautiful inside and out. I’m just so in love with this journal. I love The outside and I was able to set a password.. but first it was a problem trying to lock it and then I had a password and it worked for a whole 3 days. Then I couldnt open it AT ALL! Tried to reset my password about 300 times, tried to pry it open, it just wouldn’t work at all. Had to take a really sharp knife and force it open. Sucks cause it was so pretty. Money is completely out wasted!! :(

The diary has a nice soft cover featuring an image of the appropriate constellation with decent stitching along the outside edge. The diary appears to be holding up to repeated opening and closings and should last. The binding looks to be of good quality as well with no tearing or pages becoming loose from use. The locking mechanism is not substantial and would be easy to force open however, it does the job, is simple to operate and has deterred a younger sibling from viewing the contents. There are plenty of lined pages for entries as well as blank pages towards the end of the diary. Overall this is exactly what our daughter was looking for and we are pleased with the quality.

I was really excited to get this journal and used it three times with the same passcode but after that it wouldn’t open. I tried reading the instruction manual, followed all of the steps, but it didn’t work. Finally, I sent an email to the address provided and turns out it was a person who spoke Chinese. That’s fine but everything translated weird so it was impossible to understand. Other wise, this was a good quality journal with a cool lock. I still would not recommend wasting your money on this.

It's very pretty and I like the way the outside is slightly cushioned. I read the reviews about how some couldnt get the lock to work correctly, but it comes with decent instructions just in case the lock messes up and won't open.

I got this as a gift for my best friend after ordering a Cagie floral binder for myself and loving it. Thankfully she didn't seem to mind, but I was disappointed when this showed up in the mail and I saw it looked very cheaply made, nothing like the one I ordered for myself. It's not falling apart on her as far as I know, but the inside cover didn't look as sturdy as I expected for the price. I'd recommend this as a gift for children, but if you're buying for yourself or a friend, maybe consider finding another design.

my girls love their journals. I wish there was an option to order the horoscope printed on front or no horoscope at all and just have the journal without and writing but that is not a big deal. The locking worked great and i don't have to worry about the kids losing a key

You can itially set the pass code & change it if the lock is not engaged. If the lock is engages there is NOT anyway to reset the secret pass code. Don’t buy it.

Love this journal. Everything works perfectly as far as the lock goes. The colors are gorgeous and the pages stay in place. The only thing is that it hurts by hands to write on. I absolutely love writing and have no problems writing for long periods of time. But no matter what pen I use, my hand still hurts when writing in this journal. I'm not sure if the journal is just too hard on my hands but I'm constantly switching different pens but still have aching pains.

Don’t recommend. The lock sticks and can be hard to open. Got this for a 10 year old and she wasn’t able to get it unlocked it stuck so much, parents had to help.

I got this for a gift for my sisters birthday and it's so beautiful! Perfect for a gift as it arrives in cute packaging and looks much more expensive than it is. The quality is amazing and I'll be ordering one for myself sooon!

The journal does not allow you to easily reset the pass code. You will be locked out after the first try. My 10 year old set the code and was unable to open it. We were not able to get it open and had to return.

This is a good quality journal. I'm very pleased with the ease of the lock and the thickness of the pages plus there are additional blank pages in the back for drawing or doodling. Great product, highly recommend!

I bought this for something other than a diary, but works great.
