So far the dock extender has been used and has met our expectations. We purchased a package of 2 from a previous seller and each quickly fell apart when charging our iphone. Needless to say, we were disappointed in the quality of these adapters. Tried to reach out to the seller with no reply.When I saw the Gen Tech's adapter, I figured I would give their product a try, seeing they stated they would stand behind the products they sell. So far so good!Thanks to Amazon and Gen Tech in following up with me!

The accessories fit perfectly. There was a small problem with the delivery in that i never received it. I contacted customer service via email and there was an immediate response, not only did they resend me another set, they sent another set to make up for it. They also tracked the package to ensure that I got it. Seriously what company does that anymore? If I need anymore accessories, Gen Tech Supply will be the first place I check.

Sort of better than buying the expensive one but not really. I assume most people get this for the cable and let me tell you, you get what you pay for. After a month the cheap adhesive will wear off so every time you twist the cord out it'l slip out of the casing a little more till eventually the wires come off altogether.

I just can't begin to describe the customer service of this company. I had made an order, they filled it and sent it faster than I could have even hoped! Unfortunately, I didn't read the description well, and ordered the wrong part.. MY FAULT, and they still promptly remedied my mess up! Look up "customer service" in an old-school dictionary, and these people are there! Not to mention, the product quality easily meets and exceeds expectations. I will definitely be doing business with these fine people again.

The original item that shipped to me did not work upon taking it out of the package. Gentech responded to my email the next morning and assured me that they would send me a new product free of charge. They even took the time to call me to apologize and tell me that they has shipped my replacement item. If this isn't quality customer service then I'm not sure what is. Overall my experience with them was excellent and I would recommend buying products from this seller!

The connector made sound available but the controls and the mic did not function. I had to take off the little yellow seal on the male 3.5 jack that screwed into the main casing, this enabled controls and the headsets microphone. However the connector then jammed and the cables inside the connector ripped when I finally got it out of the case which made the adapter useless.Not a very good product, it would have worked right off the bat if it was..The shipping and handling was flawless though.

Its ok but it would be nice if I could still control my iPhone via the earbud controls.

This did not have the adapter I thought it came with but the kit to use the port with my square, speakers, etc is great!
