Useless waste of money.
It doesn't fit comfortably. If you tighten it to actual alignment of supporting your shoulders back enough to make a difference, it rides up in the back and doesn't stay in place.

Unconfortable & Doesnt fix posture or anything!
Super Uncomfortable, and DOESNT fix posture. Only good for a broker collar bone. No other use. Look else where

This will not fit most medium build or larger men. I gave mine away since it did not fit.

Not worth it at all; very cheap.
Ended up sending this back - don't waste your time and money. It sits right in your armpit and it's pretty cheaply made. Definitely spend more money for the higher quality ones.
