Overall, the pouch is padded and will protect your phone in a minor drop, but I'd leave your phones protective gel cover on if you have one.I have fairly modest biceps at 12 - 13 inches and the strap just fits me, so the claimed 15 inch maximum is probably a stretch of the imagination, no pun intended! The Velcro seems secure, but I'm not sure how long it will remain that way.There were a few loose threads that needed trimming too.I'll come back and update this review in a months time after some user, but working out so far, it seems fairly secure and even if it did come off i'd think the padding would protect the phone.Its reasonable value for money, though, and the smaller pouch is ideal for a small wallet/purse with money and bank cards.Be warned that its Just big enough for the Xiaomi Mi 10, a 6.6in device, smaller than the claimed 6.9. No room for headphones though, so has to be wireless.... The S20 is a little smaller, but I still don't think it will allow safe attachment of headphones without stressing the cablesBasically, its smaller than advertised, so take this into account when ordering.However I can fit my phone in it and its pretty comfortable when running.

Be careful if like me, you have larger upper arms as the velcro strap only just fits round. When I wore it out on my jog, it kept slipping down. Fits much better on my wrist area, but feels big & bulky & wasn't what I purchased it for.Also, it only just holds my galaxy note 10+ but I had to take it out of it's case to do so.On the plus side it is sturdy & well put together.

Bought this product for my daughter for her running, it worked really well

I use it to mainly go to the gym,the loop wont fit around your arm if you dont have skinny arms, I use it mainly around my wrist.hence, the missing star.
