Holbein Duo Aqua Oil Titanium White (W) 50ml

Duo Titanium white is a pallet necessity for the water-soluble oil painters converts. I recently ran out of white on a Saturday afternoon when my local art shop was closed for the weekend. So, I went to Michael's, our standby in emergency art supplier, and bought one each of two other brands. They are well known brands, and their artist quality paints are used by many artists; however, neither white came close to the quality the Duo line. I read up on all the lines, read as many reviews as I could find, and was convinced about the reliability of Holbein's water soluble line. I have been using Holbein Water-Soluble Oil Color for 2 months, after being a watercolorist for 13 years. This white paint has wonderful coverage - and it paints like butter. White is such a key color when blending paints - and this paint I will order again and again.

Just finished my first painting with this paint. It is so vibrant and smooth as butter. The clean up is a dream!! All the beauty of oil paint without all the toxic smell and chemical cleaners. Washed up with just soap and water. I will be buying more!
