Negative Stars!
If I could give a negative I would. Customer service is Non Existent! Don't buy ANYTHING from Detroit Axel!!! Hardwares are always wrong, product issues, and customer service, what's that?!?!? One of the customer service representative I spoke to said that recently one of their big containers had all defective products and they've been very busy dealing with customers (Long wait times.) They DON'T care at all! Good luck with warranty, it's only good if you can get the support. Junk China products!!! Spend your money somewhere else. By the way their customer service team including management will argue and fight you tooth and nail to Not assist you. Inventory is usually wrong and prices will change hourly.

Improved Ride - Easy Installation
I replaced the factory shocks in the rear of my 2005 Sienna. The originals had 210,000 miles and still rode fairly well. I changed the rear shocks and the front struts and there is a noticable difference in ride quality. The ride is much better now. These seem to be good quality - time will tell - but for now I'm very pleased with the ease of installation and improvement in the ride of my vehicle.

Missing Hardware
I am giving Detroit Axle 2 Stars ONLY because of their customer support. These shocks absorbers arrived without the necessary hardware. The company said to return and order shocks again. I am very concerned that the company could send Shocks without hardware. Be careful when ordering
