Needed to replace the old leaking power steering hoses on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0l.This fit nicely and had been installed months ago and my Jeep's Power Steering is leak free now!

Worked perfectly on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
I bought this new high pressure power steering hose cheaper than buying a used one on Ebay. The hose fit perfectly and no more power steering fluid leaks coming from an old hose. I hate oil on my garage floor!

Easy DIY fix for my Cherokee
Had a pretty big leak in my 04 Jeep Cherokee and found the problem was the power steering cable. Talked to a friend at a shop and said it would cost about $250-300 to fix... thank you Amazon. Got this and replaced the old one which was the original in about an hour.So worth the time for the value. Have to take out the air intake which is about a 5 minute job.Thanks to Amazon and YouTube for all the DIY fixes. If you’re power steering is leaking, go with this.

Works but fitting needs a little help
The hose routing lined up perfect for my '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When trying to attach the fitting to the power steering box the fitting needed a little help. I saw a couple other posts about the threads being the wrong size and had to purchase a hose from a different vendor. Well I ran into the same issue. It seemed like the fitting was at a point where it just started to thread but every time I put a wrench on it it would spin out.Solution was to just get it to start a little, maybe even a very slight turn with an 18mm wrench. I took a flat blade screwdriver / hammer and lightly tapped at 4 points on the head of the fitting. Grabbed my 18 mm wrench and it threaded smoothly until tight.
