Tandoor Chef Pad Thai, 9-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)

This is an interesting and tasty noodle mix with some vegetables that change with each separate container full. It's fantastic that they actually mail it frozen in a styrofoam container direct to your front door. The price seems a little high but the shipping must be the cause of that. When I run out, I will definitely be buying more. They are small servings but with added protein, they are a perfect size. I highly recommend these little 9 ounce boxes of Pad Thai.

I bought this at my local food co-op and I have to say - congratulations Tandoor Chef for making a flavorless pad thai. Yes it is somewhat spicy - but other than that you're not going to taste much. The tofu was like squares of dryish sponge. The vegetables somewhat tough and over all the dish is dry. I love pad thai and have tried other dishes from Tandoor Chef which I liked - but this one is not a winner.

While their other products are very good this was not edible. I took a few bites and threw it away.

A friend of mine got me hooked on Pad Thai years ago but I had to stop eating it because even places that promoted their Pad Thai as vegetarian I found were using fish sauce in it which I am unable to eat. Since then I'd occasionally found very few pre-packaged ones that didn't use fish sauce but really didn't cut it as far as flavor goes. I happened to stumble upon this at my favorite grocery store and bought it and fell in love with this product and soon had to go back and stock up! This product is vegan and while I'm not a vegan - I think it's great for vegetarians who can't eat fish products. To speak for the flavor my husband does eat meat and even he loves this product! I would actually say I think it's the most comparible to the stuff made in my local Thai restaurant- really excellent!

OMG this is my favorite frozen meal ever!!!! My local grocery store quit carrying it about 6 months ago so I am SO excited that I can still get it here! The noodles stay firm (never mushy) and all the veggies in it are delicious. The tofu is dry syle and deliciously chewy, not slimy. The sauce is not as sweet as some pad thai's, which I definitely prefer. I absolutely despise mushrooms, so thankfully they're quite large and easy to pick out. The price here on Amazon is absolutely comparable to what I paid in store.

My absolute favorite Pad Thai ever. I actually started to tear up at the store when they told me they don't carry it anymore.
