Why isn’t the color raeburn offered in modine base? will it ever be?

Currently, we only offer the Base in our 6 most popular colors. We do not have plans to release the Raeburn in the Base in the immediate future, but we may introduce it eventually.

Is this product adequate in place of ceiling planks and installed over insulation onto the rafters with finishing nails as well as liquid nails?

This product is not warrantied or lab tested for use on ceilings, so we are unable to provide any guidance or assurances for its use on ceilings. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

How do you find out how much this is a square foot?

Look on modin flooret web site when I bought it, it was $3.99 a sq a good price and great price for quality.

Is this product ok to install over old tile

As long as the tile is in good shape, and doesn't have particularly wide and deep group lines, that will be fine. The official recommendation on subfloor flatness is that any imperfections should not exceed 3/16" over 10 feet.
