Dingsun HDMI to RCA Converter Compatible Fire Stick, HDMI to Old TV Compatible Roku,Chromecast, Apple TV ect.

I recently purchased a Fire Stick TV converter and was excited to use it with my old TV. Sadly, I soon discovered that the HDMI port was not compatible with my old TV. This was an immense disappointment, as I was looking forward to using the converter on my TV. The Fire Stick TV converter itself is a very impressive product, with a sleek design and excellent streaming capabilities. I connected it to other devices in my home easily, and the streaming services worked perfectly. It's an excellent product that I recommend to others. However, I was disappointed that the HDMI port was not compatible with my old TV, as that was the primary purpose I had for purchasing the converter. I'm sure that it works with newer TVs, but I was unable to use it with my old TV. Overall, the Fire Stick TV converter is a great product, but it didn't work with my old TV. I would recommend it to others, but caution them to make sure that the HDMI port is compatible with their TV before purchasing.

Perfect for my application. Wanted to add fire stick capability to my car’s built in rear entertainment system that has composite jacks. Placed unit inside of center console, powered by cigarette lighter usb power, plugged in composite cable and presto, we now have a fire stick in the vehicle to stream. A big plus is that this unit powers the fire stick, so you only need one usb plug to power the adapter and fire stick. It’s also very compact.

Works as indicated. First unit lasted 1 year and then failed to provide audio suddenly. May have been a static discharge when we were switching the component cables from our receiver. We had been getting static shocks in our house during the dry winter days. Ordered an identical replacement unit and that resolved the audio issue. Whether the unit just failed on its own after 1 year or we fried it with a static discharge we don't know. Hoping the new unit lasts longer, and trying to ground ourselves before touching the unit in the future

Poor, did not work as advertsed with old tv sets, Amazon firetv stick, etc., all I got waas a "No Signal"response everytime, all connections were correct.

I have an older TV that I couldn't use my fire stick on directly. This works perfectly between the fire stick and my old TV. It was easy to hook up. I am 70 years young and did this myself. I'm still learning my way around my fire stick.

Update: worked well for 8 months then it just stopped working. Of that 8 months the TV was not used for 4+ months. I’ve tried 4 others, 3 had loud hums through my TV when connected to my Roku. So far this one is working fine, but only used for 3 weeks at about for 45-60 minutes a day.

I used this product to change my old Magnavox tv into one that I could use with a Fire TV Stick. Very easy to install and givess a great picture and sound! Would recommend to anyone looking to change over an old tv.

Used this to connect my Roku to an old Sony CRT TV. Works great! Very easy set up ... just connected it and it worked.
