Mine arrived well after the projected date, so I wasn't out much when I thought they'd never arrive. However, they feel so flimsy and easy to break that replacing them more than twice would be a bad investment. If you only need these for one project you're probably fine getting these. However, if you plan on using these fairly regularly or storing these for use later, I'd advise buying the Clover brand set over these.Etc:They're really fun to use. My son who has shown no interest in yarn and crafts sat down with these and me and spent an entire day making pom poms. Really fun and easy project to make with the kiddos so all in all not a bad purchase.

Like many other reviewers, I found the instructions on the package impossible to decipher, however, thanks to the instructions left in response to a customer question, I was able to make a beautiful pompom very easily (2 in fact). I did not even have to find a YouTube video, their instructions were that easy to follow (thanks whomever you were, by the way :-) ). While I can't attest to the product's longevity, it seems to be sturdy enough for my use. I doubt I will need to make pompoms on a regular basis, so for me, this works just fine. I would recommend.

BE WARNED....these are NOTHING like the picture. The picture represents a product similar to the Clover Pompom makers, but what you'll receive is lightweight pieces of plastic crap with no instructions. IF they had been what is described I would at least know how to use them. Instead of two pieces that fit together like the Clover product, these are one piece that really is nothing more than the cardboard we used to cutout to hand-make pompons. BE WARNED...you will be disappointed!!!! And, the booby prize? You'll either just have to keep them, or go through the hassel of getting this $4 piece of crap returned before anyone will give you a refund.

I ordered this knowing full and well that it was coming from overseas and there was a chance it would be damaged. The estimated delivery time was correct and the package didn't arrive broken. The pompom makers were easy to use and didn't feel flimsy at all. I'm not sure how anyone could really break these things unless you were really being rough with it (and I got freakishly strong hands for a woman). I predominantly used the large one to make pom pom garland for Christmas. There are plenty of instructional videos and tutorials online on how to use this contraption that will give you an idea on how much yarn your will need.

These are very easy to use and the results are great! I added them on to knitted hats to donate & they were perfect! The various sizes make it easy to design your own use.

This product consisted of four pom pom makers. The quality of them are good, they work well and the pom poms come out looking good, as they are designed to do.However the lower rating is because one of the four I received was cracked straight down the middle, and therefore I am not able to use that one. The plastic they are made out of could easily be cracked if under pressure of something heavy (not for what they are intended for).The price was low so I am still happy with the three I received. The one cracked is the second to smallest.

Not the most durable, but it works very well if you are careful. I have made hundreds of poms and find I need to hold it together carefully at first, but it works just fine as you start to get yarn wound around it. It is good value to me, I have the patience to deal with the qwerks.

I love pom poms but never got to do them right, and this is a really good set with different sizes for an excellent price!Instructions are not very clear but I have seen videos so I already knew how to use them.

Preis Leistung ist ok. Aber mehr auch nicht. Die Pompommaker funktionieren, aber sind instabil. Nicht für den Dauereinsatz ( Kindergruppe) geeignet. Für den Preis sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten.Der Versand hat sehr lange gedauert

I hadn't realised when I ordered this item that it was coming from China so it took ages to arrive, this was the first disappointment. Then the quality of the product was not as expected and is not very good as they feel flimsy and I think they will break easily. I therefore bought another item from a UK online store which only had two pompom sizes and it was better made and more robust. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this product.

Product makes good pom-poms in a good variety of sizes: It’s quite hard to get the hang of to start with but after a couple of false starts it much easier and quicker to make a large number of pom-poms. So far I’ve used it to make pom-pom animals with the grandchildren. Overall am pleased with purchase and would recommend.qui

They tend to loosen very quickly

Had fun with these, they where not as strong as I expected but for the money not too bad.
