I bought two of these for my mother & she absolutely loved them! The instal was easy & they look very nice. They also look much more expensive than they were. She can be hard to please but these were a hit!

I love these blinds, but whoever is delivering them can cause of a great deal of damage. UPS for me on the big windows. I have sent back 50% of the eight I have purchased to only turn around and have to return them again because of damage. Very disappointing.

They look great and are super easy to install. I ordered a bunch of them and after the first one you get the hang of it takes about 10 minutes. I moved into a new place and there very dirty cheap broken blinds and I replaced them with these and now the windows make my place look more habitable.

These were so easy to install, glad we picked this brand

The hook on wand to opening n closing hook broke when putting in.. the hook needs to be metal.. almost every blind I have the hook has broke !!!

These are nice overall, but one of the two I bought had strings break just past the return window and is now lop-sided.

Ordered multiple of these at multiple times. out of the 8 I ordered only 1 was missing installation screws which was no big deal for me since I always have screws on hand but for those of you without extra tools/hardware around that may potentionally be a problem. Even though all the ones I bought were the same size, a couple came 1/4 inch too big, had to cut 1/2 or so off the top so theyd easily fit the brackets. Which means also having to cut the decorative strip that goes over so be prepared to have a hack saw on hand and some sanding paper to debur the edges. Other than that I really recommend them for thee price, as long as you know what you are doing you shouldnt have too many problems.

The odor on them tho…pewww!So I ordered 2 of these blinds…when I got them I noticed there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the package (can’t even describe it but gave me a headache). I thought maybe it was just from the delivery truck and thought it would be fine once I removed the blinds from the package. Well not so much, the blinds themselves had some weird odor that I hoped would go away if I let them sit out for a while. Before I installed them I decided I needed to get a 3rd to replace another one that wasn’t working right. That one came…same weird odor! WT_! I decided to install because the odor didn’t seem as strong. After installing the 3, one of them wouldn’t collapse when trying to lift it up. So had to get a replacement from Amazon. They sent replacement and guess what…yep! same odor. I have Febreze’d the blinds over n over and placed odor absorbing pouches all around my windows where they are. It took me hours to remove my old ones and install these so I don’t want to go thru the trouble of having to replace them. I mean, the blinds now all work fine as they should and the weird odor seems to be fading (with all my spraying n things). Unfortunately I didn’t see the reviews that mentioned the foul odor until after my purchases. I am disappointed with the manufacturer because there were many reviews from more than 1 year ago mentioning this bad odor and apparently it has not been addressed. After several weeks the odor finally faded to where I don’t smell it as I walk in the room.The blinds themselves are ok I guess. They’re a bit ‘heavy’ and turning the wand is not as smooth as I think it should be. The end tip of one of the wands keeps falling off so I had to super glue it. Only because the price was good, I would purchase this again (maybe) if I had a guarantee that the awful smell was not going to be there…the blinds are not bad but had to give a 2 rating due to the horrible smell I had to deal with.
