BEST price. I laugh when I go to Target and CVS only to find that this tape is at least $7 more expensive there than here. Works really well. I definitely recommend the "Pro" level from KT (or also look at Rock Tape) - Pro and Rock Tape are the only 2 tapes that stand the test of time. All other tapes, I get 1 confident day out of and then they peel away. And don't even think about getting them wet! KT Pro tape does okay with water (second to Rock Tape, which is the best in terms of water resistance). I really like the feel of the tape and the material it uses. The tape is supple, but also very supportive. I feel most confident wearing KT Pro tape. Also, the yellow color is fun and energetic.

This stuff is a miracle. I'd been doing a half marathon each month, and my left knee started bothering me - sometime even just walking. The KT Tape gave immediate relief. Their website has short videos showing how to apply the tape for different needs, so I just followed the demonstration for my type of knee pain. That has let me run for a couple of months with no issues, and I've now been easing back from using the tape. It gave enough support for me to continue to workout while the knee healed :)

What can you say about this product it does what it's intended to do. When young adults and myself have been using it on several different injuries and it seems to help ease the pain and discomfort that you may be having. Comes in all sorts of colors you can quickly get it here on Amazon.

Tape only last 1 day then begins to peel off.

Good stuff! Not cheap, but good. If you follow the instructions (shave the area where it goes, wash carefully with rubbing alcohol, , and make sure to rub it hard to warm it up and activate the adhesive) this stayed on for several days, through heavy sweaty leg workouts. I suggest googling some videos on how to put it on. There are tricks involved. If you follow them the tape works great. If you do like it did first, just slap it on, it will fall off very quickly.

It works well and helps relieve neck or back pain. But there rather expensive. I will resort back to my pain patches and pain cream. Almost need a second person to put the tape on.

My knee pain was at the point where I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to continue training for my first half marathon. I started using KT tape on both knees and I am able to run almost completely painlessly. I also do exercises for physical therapy which I am sure helps too. But, I won't go on long runs without using KT tape now.

I tried different brands. KT Tape Pro is definitely the best. No sticky residue, easy to peel, yet it sticks well even under water. Highly recommended!

Keeps my shoulder in place while playing volleyball. Only dislocated it 3 times while wearing the tape. That's far below my average. lol . Lots of good videos online to teach you how to apply it.

This tape will stick through a shower and remain in place. The pre-cut strips make it easy to apply if not at home with scissors.
