Pizza Dough: 100 Delicious, Unexpected Recipes Hardcover – November 26, 2013

Whole Foods and Trader Joes or any other market that sells premade pizza dough would be wise to have a rack of these books right near by--their dough sales would skyrocket!I love this book and I am blown away by the creativity within. I had no idea I could so easily make anything from Naan to steamed pork rolls to an unbelievably gorgeous (my bookclub raved!) pizza with truffles and arugala--and the sweets are to die for! I learned a lot reading this cookbook--I bought it because I loved her first book--and I gave out a bunch of her books for the holidays (wrapped up with a pizza pan, natch!). Highly recommend--both to own and to gift others~

I bought this beautiful cookbook for my sister-in-law, who will use it for yummy everyday dinners as well as for entertaining. Not only are there great dough recipes and "unexpected" ways to use it, it also includes a gluten-free recipe. And there's no judgment if you're like me and just want to pick up some dough at Trader Joe's and still feel like you cooked. I have a feeling I am going to end up getting myself a copy and buying a few more for Christmas gifts! P.S. I hear they are making a TV show based on Gabi Moskowitz for ABC Family. That should be fun!

Seems straightforward for many novelty bread recipes. Can't wait for cooler weather to arrive so I can start trying some recipes.

Gabi is one of my favorite food bloggers. I love her recipes and ideas; they are all so good..lots of things one is familiar with and loves, but with a new twist. I made pumpkin pizza dough, pumpkin naan (the best method for cooking naan w/o a tandoor I've come across.) We've been loving them...the naan works well for hamburger bun..less dough than a bun. The recipes are fairly simple and easy to execute..another reason I love Gabi's cookbooks. I can't wait to try more of the recipes in this book; they all look so good.

I was very surprised about how nice it was for a used bookGave it to my Granddaughter for a gift.She loves it.

The dough recipes are fantastic. They can be use for more than just pizza which are also given recipes for. An great cook book!

I thought this would be a more informative book on pizza dough and it is not. It takes to bread, buns etc. If you a pizza buff try a different book.

A Christmas gift that was most appreciated.
