I gave this as a present; my wife only wanted something "cheap", but I researched this for features she would need. It has a dual temp control and an auto off timer. She said the timer works great and keeps the warmer from running too long. She also keeps it on low power and it still keeps her coffee warm enough.

I am so sad. I loved this warmer from the minute I got it. It was nice, modern, simple to use, sleek ( as far as personal coffee warmers go) and kept my coffee perfectly hot as long as I required. Today it just stopped working. I’ve had it just slightly longer than two months. Too long to return it and too short a time to feel like I got my moneys worth.

I love this coffee warmer, it has a 4 hour time which I like the most, with this function I don't have to worry about not shutting off for the night or over the weekend {I use this at work}. This also keep my tea or coffee very hot which I love. I have tried over 3 other brands in the pass it only keep my drink warm.

This warmer may be a little pricey, but I am very happy with my unit. It heats up fast and the two heat settings work out just great. Using a flat bottom cup may be best, but so far I have been happy using my regular ceramic coffee cups that have a rim on the bottom. But, be careful about touching the coffee cup bottom rim as it get VERY hot. Don't ask how I know this :(Update: Well, I have loved this unit for about 2.5 months, but now it has become intermittent. Looks like others have had a similar experience. I had to reduce my rating to only 3 stars.

This is a fantastic little product! It keeps my coffee piping hot until I finish it. Prior to this purchase, I would have to get up from my desk to reheat my coffee in the microwave. Now, no interruptions, and delicious, hot coffee!!! Why on earth did I wait so long???

It works well; but it is not perfect.There are only 2 settings (high or low). The "high" is very very hot. Originally I have the warmer placed on my mouse pad. I could smell some "plastic" smell. Put it in "low" is working well. The "low" setting is way hotter than my old "Mr. Coffee" warmer also. I think this should work with most people. In fact I would not use it unless my coffee is getting cold.Also the "top" got hot as well. Make sure you put the cover on. My cat loves to jump on my desk. That will not be good.Other than that, this thing works well enough and look good. It will auto shut off. I am thinking getting other one for my office.

Five months after I purchased this item it quit working. I liked it very much while it was functioning. Very disappointed!!

Love it! I have to take care of my baby so my coffee was always cold when I had time to drink it.This warmer is perfect and keeps my coffee warm all the time, so I can drink hot coffee whenever I want.
