After trying this several weeks ago, I can say that I haven't experienced any noticeable difference.Now, I need to offer some qualifiers.First, there are several things to consider in addition to supplements which I regularly take.You need an adequate amount of:SleepDietAerobic exerciseReduction of stress/ Increased amount of youthful enthusiasmWith the exception of at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep (which I don't get until the weekend) the remaining habits, I'm up to date on.Supplements work in conjunction with the aforementioned. It's critical as we get older (I'm now in my mid-50's) that we consider those quality-of-life aspects.I know the ingredients in this formula and know they are quite effective individually. I'm not sure if it's because there are smaller doses in each pill or it's a weaker dosage of the ingredients. In either case, the jury is still out on this formula.

I notice that the product copy boasts the benefits of this product to enhance athletic performance, though the Male Performance name and other ingredients (maca, terrestris tribulus, etc.) would seem to be directed at boosting one's libido.I'm sorry to report that this stuff doesn't seem to have enhanced my performance in either category.I should mention that I am a man in my late sixties but have found at least libido boost from other products like Adam's Secret, as well as the herbs aveena sativa, gotu kola, horny goat weed, and maca.So guys of a certain age who want a real boost in the sack will have to pay for the expensive blue pills instead of this formula. Heavy sigh...

I have been using this for nearly three weeks now and the positive results are coming in. I initially chose this because the ingredient list is only composed of herbal components with nothing synthetic or artificial. I take this once a day usually in the mornings. Definitely an uptick in stamina and endurance. And so far I have not experienced any adverse effects either. If you need a natural booster with just herbal ingredients then this is something I would recommend.

I've been taking only saw palmetto for over ten years to control a large prostrate. It's been a miracle cure for me. I've noticed lately these male performance capsules included saw palmetto as well as other ingredients to help as we age, so I've been trying out various brands. Some work quite well with a few days of use. Some, it takes weeks of use to notice minor benefits. This Crystal Star option falls somewhere in between. It could be your diet and general health determine the results, so these might be worth trying as an option. However, they don't seem to be ideal for my use.

Big surprise...these pills did nothing. Save your money.The only "good" thing is that the pills are not terribly big or difficult to swallow, so there's that. But again, I think you can just swallow a sip of water without ANY pill and get the same results.

Haven't been taking for long but these vitamins seem to make me feel more active vital and it's too soon for the other effects to show yet.I will definitely be buying more. The price is affordable and if it helps my sex drive that's a plus.

I saw zero negative/positive effects. It could affect you differently so if the price is right, you might as well try it.
