SSYING Video DOORBELL

I waited 5 months before writing this review . This door bell is amazing , I love it . The video quality is clear and Sharp . It connected easily to my WiFi and works perfectly outside the main door . I was initially going to purchase ring door bell but this bad boy here is more than perfect . If you are on the fence , just buy it . The app is straight forward and simple . I added a 32g memory card . Batteries last longer when motion detect is set to low , medium or high drains the batteries really fast like every week . Customer service is also amazing , I had issues with the first one I ordered , I was having difficulty hearing anyone talk At the other end . I was sent a replacement after it couldn’t be fixed . I already placed order for 2 more to give to my sisters . I am very impressed and happy with the product . I also purchased the chime , it works nicely .Lately though I have been seeing ads pop up in the app . Quite annoying especially when you are trying to view who is at the door . I hope that gets fixed soon . I would have loved it if I could integrate with Alexa . If they can do that , this product will be exceptional .The price is right and the product is 👌

I'm giving it a 1-star rating overall only because it's hard to get ahold of the manufacturer get new batteries that which was supposed to be able to hold up to a 3-month charge I've had to charge it twice since I've had it for one week everything else about the camera Works absolutely great will be looking for new batteries at Walmart possibly

The product works as described, I got an open item from Amazon, so I'm guessing that the lack of instructions is due to that reason.The installation was simple, it did took me 4 tries before getting it right, the system was failing to connect to the wifi, after the connection was successful, it worked without problems.The image quality is great, night vision is good too.Talking through the speaker sometimes is difficult, guessing because the network signal on your phone location.The motion detector sometimes fail in the Medium setting, I like that you can change the settings on the motion detector, but I need to figure in how disable the alarm for motion or change them to vibrate.The bell connects to your regular bell wiring for power, too bad that doesn't ring the wired chime. You need to buy separately wireless chime if you should like a chime inside of your house.Overall good product with good quality.

I’ve had this doorbell for about 2 years. It works well but it’s got one annoying flaw. The motion sensor goes off all the time for nothing. It’s as if the wind sets it off. It’s very inconsistent. Sometimes it will go off when nothing is there. Then when something IS happening it doesn’t go off at all. Now the battery is draining rapidly with every fake motion detection. The battery isn’t keeping its charge for more than a couple of days which is very inconvenient. But also annoying that I get 100 notifications about motion that’s not even happening. I have yet to find a better doorbell in this price point though. I wish there was a way to replace the battery at least.*update*2 things I discovered.1. It’s got 4 double A rechargeable batteries that I will replace.2. You can turn off the motion detection.These two things will fix the problem I have with battery draining and constant going off. Although I wish we could have the motion detection that only goes off when someone is within a few feet. So I’m keeping it at 3 stars but I will say it’s a good little doorbell.

So far it's only been one day, but the motion sensor does not always work, then it will go crazy. It seems to do ok, I don't like the fact that only one connected phone will ring when the doorbell is pushed. After buy, I found out you have to use the wireless chime from them no other chime will work (should be a set). The installation instruction are great for one phone, you have to guess how to add a second phone, if I had not already installed one before I would not have known to share it out since there is nothing in the instructions about adding another phone and not only are there no instructions online I asked a question yesterday and all I have is crickets, nothing.

Motion detection could be slightly better. Works great, adjustable recording when motion detected. Clear when talking to someone. No cloud or subscription needed unlike others. Add a memory card and this is the best for your money. Battery life seems good, it's been months without recharge. Will be getting more to cover garage and back doors.

The picture is great, but the app is crap. It showed it live for the first half of a day now it says lost internet connection. The motion detection didn't go off when the lawn care people came right up on my steps in front of the camera. Doesn't seem to show live anymore,and I just got it two days ago. Total waste of money!

Ready set up. Great video. App works great on Android, will see up on I phone later. This one is the third one I tried, and even though it's the cheapest, it works the best... So far. Stay away from the ring one. It only works when you pay a monthly subscription. Once you put your own sd card in this one, you'll have a way to store and play video to others, like the police.
