Bowfishing A++
I bought this bow to set up as a bowfishing rig. I could not have made a better decision. Standard bows at too powerful and drive the arrow clean though the fish on every shot. This bow is compact, easy to maneuver in the boat. Does not get in the way with other shooters. At 29 pounds, it’s easy to draw. Does not tire you out after many shots per outing. Fully adjustable! Cool looking. Durable. All the accessories needed to bowfish can be easily mounted with existing mounting holes that are all pre threaded. Please do not overlook this bow!!

Great bow needs upgrades
OK guys so got the package on time and the packaging was pretty bad they used no stuffing in the box which resulted in one of the limbs stabbed out of the box.nothing was damaged and I set it up.works great once you upgrade it. I put a drop away arrow rest a real peep sight and a d-loop on it got rid of the horrible hog nose and finger savers. Now I am hitting dead on bullseye at 20yrds .I made a video review for anyone looking to check this bow out.https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KdaH-KFrN1s

Beware of issues
We bought this bow for our son, as a beginner bow, to practice and learn on. It's had to be taken in for repair twice, after minimal use.In simple terms, the string continually slips off of the pulley, resulting in a safety hazard. If we hadn't noticed, it could have resulted in an injury, had the string given way.

STAY away from this and REDS GEAR
STAY AWAYfrom this.. the sights are extremely cheap plastic and arrow rest us worst i have ever seen. . so off the top you will have to buy a new rest and sights. oh and the thing they call an armguard. haha Now to the seller and my problem. my son shot it the first time and arrow went into the ground as we were gonna have to sight it in. the second shot after he drew it back he was not comfortable so he let it down slowly as i was supervising him and the cable guard stuck him in between the first and second knuckle because of its location on the bow. well after some coaxing i got him to lick his wounds and try again. shot again and even after we moved the sight arrow impacted same place. ok another shot and he said i had to fix his peep sight whick is junk so he let it down again and bam ,skint him again in the knuckles. this time he was crying and said he was done and didnt like to shoot a real bow and arrow. so after the shooting session he fires 3 arrows and got his knuckes skint 3 times. so i have to get him another bow. well REDS GEAR said good luck its used now so we not taking it. I dont know how you supposed to know if you can shoot a bow without shooting it. if someone does please let me know so i dont make this mistake again. My son saved his money for months for this.

Buyer beware. Read all the reviews, then decide for yourself as I did.
Well, because I had read the other customer reviews, I knew that I was taking a chance with this one.When my package arrived, I opened the shipping container, and inside I found the bow. The original packaging was suspiciously taped together haphazardly. I sighed to myself, and began to take stock of what was inside. Mine was missing the entire quiver assembly, and the adjustment allen wrench. I am pretty sure that this one was a return, that they repackaged and sent back out. No matter, I was just going to have to buy a stand alone back or hip quiver, and I have a multitude of allen wrenches already.Upon inspection, it looked and felt like the bow was in fine shape. I bought it to teach a 120lb woman how to shoot, and with the draw length and weight, it feels nearly ideal. The two arrows it comes with are nothing special, but they are fine for target practice.I took it outside for some practice and to see how well it performed.I, myself, am not a fan of the "hog nose" peep sight, but it does work as long as you keep it from twisting after starting your draw. The let off was as expected and comfortable. I am 6'3" and the draw length was nearly ideal for my long arms. I was surprised to say the least! The release is gradual but still has some force to it, and there was no string slap perceived. Upon my first ten shots, I noticed that my bow shot quite a bit low and left from the sights. Because this bow had been opened by someone other than me, I figure they used the missing allen wrench to adjust the pulleys, but did not know what they were doing. I adjusted the pulleys myself until the shots were hitting just at the low fiber optic sight at 7 yards. Then I noticed, that the previous owner had mounted the sights as high as they would go, so by remounting them, I was able to get the bow to shoot just above the top fiber optic at 7 yards.Since this bow will likely never see anything besides target practice, I did not do a penetration test with hunting arrows to see whether or not it would be sufficient for introducing her to archery hunting.Overall, I think this is a pretty decent bow for the price to be used to introduce an amateur to the archery range. If, you have experience with compound bows already.

Bargain!
This bow is fantastic. I took it to have it set for me and the guys working there wanted it for bow fishing! I have changed the site added a peep site but all and all it is great.

Get what you pay for
Great beginner bow. Easily adjustable. Arrows, arrow rest, and sight that come with it are garbage. Arrows are cheap fiberglass, broke one in half just knocking it. Arrow rest is pretty much useless out of the box. The sight mount is cheap plastic and broke the first time we adjusted it. Got a set of nice carbon arrows, a sight with an aluminum mount, and a whisker biscuit arrow rest and sighted in at about 20 yards. Right on point every time.

Good starter bow
Good starter bow, very adjustable so it should grow with my 8yr old for the next few years. Buy some more arrows though, two included, one knock was never glued on.
