I absolutely love these Frogg Toggs Chilly Pad Cooling Towels. I use one every single morning on my walk, and I honestly don't know how I managed before them. These towels feel like a soft chamois material—thicker and more substantial than the cheaper, thinner cooling towels you often see. That difference in quality really shows: they stay cool longer and feel refreshing from the moment I drape one around my neck.I own both the black and blue colors, and they’re both great. The size is perfect—not too bulky, but big enough to actually make a difference in cooling you down. They’re easy to activate: just wet, wring out, and snap. They stay cool for a surprisingly long time, especially if there's a little breeze, and they’re easy to re-cool if needed.Compared to other cooling towels I’ve tried, Frogg Toggs clearly wins. A great gift for anyone active!My husband coaches our daughter’s U12 recreational soccer team & he purchased several of these in a variety of colors to give each teammate as a “good luck” gift ahead of the end-of-season tournament. The girls loved them & their parents were very appreciative of a practical gift that their kids will actually use.These towels work great & look great. They stay cool for a long period, absorbs well, and are durable.We’re buying more for ourselves for our upcoming trip to Disney.

Frog togs are fabulous. Just wet them and they will instantly cool you down. Perfect for biking, kayaking, etc. They absorb water easily and are very durable. Excellent value for the money.

The towel does a good job helping you cool down, but once it's dry after cleaning it gets very stiff which makes it hard to store. I'm trying to roll it up when it's mostly dry so that once it's fully dry it's at least compact when it gets stiff so that I can store it away until I need it.

I bought these for our Trip to Disney. I heard a lot of mixed reviews. They were great! The directions are very clear, wet, wring, cool down! They delivered! They kept us as cool as possible in the 100 degree heat!! I actually used them instead of my neck fan, but some of my family members continued to combine them. I did purchase cheap ones that look similar off of Temu and those were a complete waste of money. My only concern is how well they will hold up in their containers over time, but only time will tell. Definitely worth spending a little more for these for the comfort!!!

I work in the outdoors as security. I do 12 hour days in the Arizona summer heat. This thing is legit. Gets cool and stays cool for a very long time. As long as it is wet/damp. Not only does it protect my neck from sunburn, but it also cools me down significantly. Tested in one of the hottest places in the United States. I highly recommend this product!

This didn't work for us, but under the right circumstances, it could. I tested this out in my 77-ish degree home, and in the AC, it most definitely stayed cold. Okay, cool. Well, we used it outside in 57-65% humidity and (Missouri) in the shade in 86-90 degree heat, and it really didn't stay cool at all, even with frequent turning. The fabric, if you want to call it that, is pretty uncomfortable to have on your body, as well. I recall a review that said it's like wearing a yoga mat, and honestly, that's not a terrible comparison. It's like a thinner/more malleable wet yoga mat. My husband has become really intolerant of heat, andI knew it wasn't supposed to help with "high" humidity--but I wasn't sure what that line was. I provided the humidity levels and temperature here to help you decide if it may work for you. If you're looking to use it somewhere in the caribbean, for instance, it won't work at all. Using it in Nevada? Maybe.
