Does the job!
The media could not be loaded. Got 2 for a decent price. It looks exactly like the one I took out. This will be the 3rd washplate cap I have had in this washing machine over its lifetime (around 8 years or so), so the caps do need replacing often, but it's nice that they're not too expensive and are easy to pop into place. Love that it arrived so quickly so I could get back to doing my laundry, and love that I have a backup in the drawer for the next time the thing breaks.

Fits
This part fits the LG and looks to be identical to original.But I'm not an expert on plastic.Some plastics are brittle and weak.Others are durable flexible.

Perfect Fit
Woke up with the mentality I could take out the plastic piece and clean out the possible dirt supposedly beneath the plastic pieces and sure as anything I broke the this plastic top.Had zero choice, but to order this and all I have to say is it was a perfect fit and same quality as the same one I broke.
