Very tight, like others have said, it's small. I spent 40 minutes stretching the leather and fitting it around the frame. (94 e36 325ci) It *does* fit though. check out the picture, near the frame, it wouldn't look like that if you didn't have to stretch it over the frame.Do not get it wet unless you treat the leather. This is made of some soft, fancy leather, like that of high-end purses and getting it wet results in permanent stains. I'm sure if this is an issue, you could research how the ladies waterproof their fancy purses.

This is a great looking product, and it is as advertised. I have an E30. The problem I had with installing the boot was that I got the boot around the old plastic frame, but it wouldn't stay there. It just slipped off. Let's remember 2 properties of leather: it stretches and it's form fitting. So I stretched the leather boot around the old frame, and then I used 4 "metal binder clips" to clip the leather to the 4 corners of the plastic frame. Then I left the clips on for about 10 to 15 minutes. After removing the 4 clips, the boot stayed on the frame, no problems. And the final install in the car was hassle-free. The boot looks and feels great!!!

This looks like a great buy, when you get it without the base it isn't. I almost destroyed my base when I tried to put this on. Too much work, it does not arrive as displayed. Beware.

It was more difficult fitting the boot onto the plastic rim than I had thought. But it does fit and looks great. Although the leather is significantly thicker than the original. But altogether, great price, great look, and great feel.

1991 BMW 325i convertible. Does not fit. You're going to have to modify it if you want it badly.

Looks great and feels like quality material. The lines are straight and complement my ///M interior nicely.

Piece of crap really they claim it fits everything but it don’t not even the cars they present in the post
