Not what they appear to be!
I have been a Norelco electric razor user for 20+ years and have gone through many sets of replacement heads, all Norelco brand and all providing a great shave. This time I decided I would try a less expensive alternative. The heads I received appeared to be virtually identical to the Norelco heads I had been using for the past two years. Unfortunately, when I tried them they nearly refused to cut my beard. I had to push harder and nearly triple my normal shaving time in order to get close to a normal shave. When I put my old heads back in the shaver it was like having a brand set of heads in comparison! The difference seems to be the size of the holes and slots in the replacement heads which, upon close inspection, seem to be slightly smaller than those in the standard Norelco heads. My beard is may be slightly coarser than average but not by much. So, if you have a very fine beard these heads may work for you. If you have a normal to coarse beard don't bother buying these heads. You will be returning them as I have.

Poor purchase - buy different blades
I have had my electric razor for 15 years. I’ve replaced the blades before. These blades are worse then the blades I had on before. I’m not getting a smooth shave as I have before with a new set. In fact the 2 yr old blades I had on before were way better. Not very happy with the blades. I’m thinking I might just take this shaver to work now for a backup, and buy a new shaver.

Was disappointed in the performance. Unable to get a close shave. Inferior quality.

No close shave
I purchased these heads for my Norelco 5000 shaver. The heads do not work like the original equipment--I can't get a close shave. A total waste of money

Good value but new blades pull when shaving!
When using the razor, the new replacement blades pull on my beard. The replacement heads are an exact match to the original heads, I just don't get a comfortable shave.

Poor Quality
These blades did not give a close shave at all. Also extremely noisy. Double checked proper installation......no better. Ended up throwing them out. A waste of money.

Not original parts
I find it misleading that this seller includes a photo of the original parts in the description of the product. Not original Philips.
