Al- Rabih Falafel Mix (4x200g)

This is so nice for an instant felafel mix. I add a couple of tbsp of gram flour as I find it too loose but the consistency of the finished product is lovely and light and not dry like a lot of the shop bought ones. That's why I buy it in a 4-pack - best meal of the week says my son while I sob gently at the love of convenience food. Sorts me out for a lazy night cooking!

Followed instructions to the letter but it looked awful. I cooked them anyway and they tasted foul, nothing like falafel.
