I've had this case since November 2019, so there is 1 year and 3 months of experience going into this review! Photos are without the phone in the case, since, well, how else could I have taken them?Pros:- Perfect fit for the Samsung Galaxy S10E! No misplaced port holes, the side buttons work perfectly, and the cutout for the fingerprint reader is just the right size with a nice impression that your finger naturally fits into.- Sturdy! I'm hard on phones and this case has held up 100% to drops from every angle, often onto concrete. The case has never cracked, and the phone has never popped out of it. It fits like a glove and has absorbed all impacts with NO damage to my phone.- THE RING! This is a COMPLETE game changer. It's flat enough that it doesn't really make a difference in the size profile (i.e. doesn't catch on pockets); it rotates 360 degrees, but rather than spinning freely, it 'snaps' into 12 different positions, making it easy to hold your phone at different angles (and fun to fidget with); and the edge is flat, making it much sturdier as a stand than a literal ring would be. Makes pop sockets look like cheap junk! The ring pivot also had a magnetic centerpiece, making this case compatible with any magnetic phone mounts (not pictured - I'll get to that).Cons:- The magnetic piece i mentioned fell off after about 4 uses with the magnetic mount in my car. I guess the mount's magnet was stronger than the glue that held the piece onto the case, so I pulled my phone off the mount and the piece from the case was just still stuck to the mount. This is the only reason why I only rated 4/5 on durability.- As pictured, the black finish has worn off from EVERY corner and edge, from heavy use and constant drops. Personally I don't care, but it is worth mentioning that the finish will wear.Apart from the magnetic piece coming off (which I'm sure I could just superglue back on myself) I could NOT be happier with this case! 8/10!

Good slim case made to fully protect your S10e and it's nice looking. Especially good for people that already have a holster, it doesn't increase the size of the device very much. 8/3/20The finger ring broke off today and I now know that it is not metal but plastic painted with a mirror finish. This case is easier to take off & put on for anyone that uses wireless charging. The finger ring/kickstand base is exactly in the spot that you have to rest the phone on a wireless charger and prevents it from charging so either get used to taking it off & putting it on or use wired charging. Ordering another because I like the look of it.

I like that the case fit the phone just fine but the circle thing and belt holder piece on back came off immediately and broke into pieces I had to superglue it back on. Doesn't seem very rugged.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far the best phone protector I had possessed. It really did what it was meant to do. I lost my phone on the street and a good Samaritan found it and gave it back to me. She told me she found it on the street. Stupid me, I put it on top of the car and drove off.Well I was lucky. The phone was intact only the protector corners were cracked. But my phone is like new. I love my Samsung S10E.. great phone, greatest protector. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

When my Otterbox case finally broke and was held together with a rubber band after 3 years, I found this case. Loved the look, color, no flaps to open to charge, and the ring on the back. But ring was not magnetic and kept me from using wireless charger. Within a month of mild use, the edges were all white from wear. It's been 5 months since purchase and pieces have begun breaking and falling off. I'm going back to Otterbox.

I have dropped this so many times and I've never cracked the front of it.

***DO NOT PURCHASE***I wish I could put negative stars on this phone case & the company that sold it to me through amazon. This case claims it would protect my husbands phone by using words like “military armor”, & “unbreakable”, & it also says”Protects”. The case is why my husbands phone back is shattered. This has nothing to do with refunding the case. Which is all the company offered me, then ignored me! The device was supposed to be protected by the case. The case in-fact shattered the back of the phone!!! The swivel piece that’s added isn’t thick enough to support the shock of light travel if it can’t with stand a fall from your lap to a carpeted area. The case hurt the phone more then it helped. I’m 100% certain that his phone would have been better off not having this case on it at all. The case lists the phone is a fit. However the specifications of the galaxy s10e state it’s a glass service device. Yet the case has structural abnormalities that set EVERY phone up for failure! Amazon was the only one who seemed to care, and now I’m forced to use our lawyer to approach the seller, when all I wanted was to get a case to protect this very expensive phone...it’s going to end up costing us a lot of $$ just to get back to the quality and device we had originally before I purchased this lie of a shawty product. I HIGHLY recommend you do NOT purchase anything from this company, if your trying to actually protect your phone or anything for that matter. You will end up worse then when you started and your $1,000+ device will be shattered with absolutely no compensation to make up for the damage the swivel piece will do to your phone! We have had other glass devices in otter box and comparable swivel cases, with no trouble! Simple fact is this product is poorly built and is being peddled as a good case. It actually is the worst case available!!!!
